i have designed new opensource youtube video downloader but download videos from youtube is against youtube

How can i make this type of message :

This is opensource project that is used to download videos from youtube but downloading videos from youtube is against youtube and use of this project under study purpose only.

Or Which Opensource License i release so that no one can ask me that this is against youtube?
