Why was Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management renamed to Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management?

Ø Some of you may wonder why we changed the product name from Oracle Enterpraise Taxation Manament (ETM) to Oracle Enterprise and Policy Management(ETPM). When Oracle added a limited use license for Oracle Policy Automation to the Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management license, the license was re-named to Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management.
Ø When referring to versions 2.2 and prior, the proper name is Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM)
Ø When referring to versions 2.3 and later, the proper name is Oracle Enterprise and Policy Management (ETPM)
Ø To take advantage of the limited use license for Oracle Policy Automation, customers must transition from the ETM license to the ETPM license. However, they can remain on their ETM license if they are not going to take advantage of Oracle Policy Automation features.
