Google Webmaster Central tells me that robots is blocking access to the sitemap

This is my robots.txt

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/

Sitemap: http://www.mydomain.org/sitemap.xml.gz

But Google Webmaster Central tells me that robots is blocking access to the sitemap:

We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit:

URL restricted by robots.txt

I read that Google Webmaster Central caches robots.txt, but the file has been updated more than 10 hours ago.
