MCSD Certification, any recommended study material?

I wish to study for the new MCSD Certification For web applications:

I headed over to Amazon in search of some books and had no luck with finding anything up to date, most books are outdated, such as the list provided by Amazon MCSD Books.

Is this because the test is more based on experience rather than just an understanding of the subject?

Any tips and/or recommended materials will be appreciated, thank you!
