jquery touch punch - draggable on ipad

i am starting to work with the jquery touch punch extensions in order to allow draggability on ipad, but i am getting tripped up right away. probably something terribly dumb on my part. the draggable example from the developer works fine on my ipad: http://furf.com/exp/touch-punch/draggable.html but not for me: http://danshuta.com/touchpunch/ this works fine in my desktop browser, but on the ipad it just focuses on the block and scrolls the entire page as i drag, as if it were just an image or other normal embedded object. as this is what happens normally with jquery/ui on ipad, this makes me think it is not loading or otherwise ignoring the "punch" code from my site (though if i host the jquery files on my site via the same path, those load and function fine in desktop browser). here's the entire code, very basic: <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="utf-8" /> <title>Touchpunchtest</title> <script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery.min.js"></script> <script src="http://code.jquery.com/ui/1.8.17/jquery-ui.min.js"></script> <script src="js/jquery.ui.touch-punch.js"></script> </head> <body> <div id="draggybox" onclick="void(0)" style="width: 150px; height: 150px; background: green;"></div> <script>$('#draggybox').draggable();</script> </body> </html> what am i missing?!

DWR and Spring Security - User is deauthenticated in few seconds

The problem is that this state will stay only for few seconds. In probably 5 seconds, the getAuthentication() starts returning null. Is there some problem with session in DWR or is it some misconfiguration of Spring Security?

Testing a Doctrine2 Entity with assertEquals results in fatal out-of-memory error

I have a PHPUnit test that's using a Doctrine2 custom repository and Doctrine Fixtures. I wanted to test that a query gave me back an expected entity from my fixture. But when I try $this->assertEquals($expectedEntity, $result);, I get Fatal error: out of memory. I'm guessing it is recursing into all the relations and the entity manager and whatnot. Is there a good way to test this equality? Should I just assertEquals on the IDs of the entities?

stxxl Assertion `it != root_node_.end()' failed

I am receiving this assertion failed error when trying to insert an element in a stxxl map. How to query from MEDIA provider with "group by" option?

I'm a newbie to Android. Actually, I want to query data from Media provider with Content provider & content resolver. c = mContent.query(CONTENT_URI,projection,where,null,null); My question is, how can I query data from media provider as below using a GROUP BY clause: select DISTINCT _id, count(_id), _data FROM aaa_table WHERE _data LIKE "A" OR _data LIKE "B" GROUP BY _id; I have tried setting projection and where as follows: final String[] projection = new String[] { "_id", "COUNT ("+ _id +")" , "_data" }; and where: _data LIKE "A" OR _data LIKE "B" but, I couldn't find how to set the query option GROUP BY _id. Please help me.

Port Java Application to Android

I am not so sure about the question or what I should call what I am trying to achieve. I use a dialer called super sify. Here is the download - http://thegoan.com/supersify/supersify.zip The when extracted it has two files for linux, one is a .jar file which consists of some classes. The application was written in java. The other is a .sh file, which is a shell executable and takes some parameters like username and password and machine id and stuff. I want to port this app to android. What exactly would I have to do. Some more information is the .jar file is named supersify.jar and the .sh file is named ss.sh so here is the code for ss.sh java -jar supersify.jar $* if [ $? -eq 1 ] then read fi Please help me out. This is an open source software.So I am not doing any illegal modifications. I need to port this app to android, so would I have to write the whole thing again or just something else. I know some basic hello world android app development, and I have made an app to add two numbers, I am still on my way to become an android app developer, but I need this app and will learn a lot to make this possible unless it involves rewriting all the java classes. Use JQuery to target unwrapped text inside a div

I'm trying to find a way to wrap just the inner text of an element, I don't want to target any other inner dom elements. For example. <ul> <li class="this-one"> this is my item <ul> <li> this is a sub element </li> </ul> </li> </ul> I want to use jQuery to do this. <ul> <li class="this-one"> <div class="tree-item-text">this is my item</div> <ul> <li> <div class="tree-item-text">this is a sub element</div> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> A little background is I need to make an in-house tree structure ui element, So I'm using the UL structure to represent this. But I don't want developers to have to do any special formatting to use the widget. update: I just wanted to add the purpose of this is I want to add a click listener to be able to expand the elements under the li, However, since those elements are within the li the click listener will activate even when clicking on the children, So I want to attach it to the text instead, to do this the text needs to be targetable, which is why I want to wrap it in a div of it's own. So far I've come up with wrapping all the inner elements of the li in a div and then moving all inner dom elements back to the original parent. But this code is pretty heavy for something that might be much simpler and not require so much DOM manipulation. random products instead of related products in magento

BElow is the function that selects related product of a single product. I wanted it to work in such a way that if there are no related products other random products will be added to the array. cant get my listbox to display objects

Hello everyone I've been trying to put some objects in an ASP.NET list box but its just not working. I do have an overriden ToString method so I cant understand why this statement wont work. git: remove 2nd commit

I'm trying to remove the 2nd commit to a repo. At this point I could just blow away the .git dir and re-do it, but I'm curious how to do this... TFS: Work Items values from External Databases

A common question in TFS forums is how to populate list items from external sources in Work Items. Well, there is not a specific functionality to integrate Work Items with external databases or systems when designing them. Actually, you will need to associate your Work Items fields with Global Lists and then have some automated process update this global list regularly. Download this ImportGlobalList.zip file. I’ve put together a simple class (TfsGlobalList) that you can use to update global list items from a .NET application. You could for example, create a simple Console App and schedule it using Windows Scheduler. This App would query a database and then update a TFS Global List using the provided code. Note: the provided code must be run under an account with modify Global List permissions in TFS. Note: remember to refresh Team Explorer in order to see updates in Work Item field values. Enjoy!

Getting a SecurityToken from a RequestSecurityTokenResponse in WIF

When you’re working with WIF and WSTrustChannelFactory when you call the Issue operation, you can also request that a RequestSecurityTokenResponse as an out parameter. However, what can you do with that object? Well, you could keep it around and use it for subsequent calls with the extension method CreateChannelWithIssuedToken – or can you? public static T CreateChannelWithIssuedToken<T>(this ChannelFactory<T> factory, SecurityToken issuedToken); As you can see from the method signature it takes a SecurityToken – but that’s not present on the RequestSecurityTokenResponse class. Visual Studio & TFS 11 – List of extensions and upgrades

This post is a list of the extensions I recommend for use with Visual Studio 11. It’s coming up all the time – what to install, where are the download sites, last version, etc etc, and thus I thought it better to post it here and keep it updated. The basics are Visual Studio 11 connected to a Team Foundation Server 11. Note that we now are at Beta time, and that also many live in a side-by-side environment with Visual Studio 2010. The side-by-side is supported by VS 11. However, if you installed a component supporting VS11 before you installed VS11, then you need to reinstall it. The VSIX installer will understand that it is to apply those only for VS11, and will not touch – nor remove – the same for VS2010. A good example here is the Power Commands. The list is more or less in priority order. The focus is to get a setup which can be used for a complete coding experience for the whole ALM process. The list of course reflects what I use for my work , so it is by no means complete, and for some of the tools there are equally useful alternatives. Many components have not yet arrived with VS11 support. I will add them as they arrive. The components directly associated with Visual Studio from Microsoft should be common, see the Microsoft column. If you still need the VS2010 extensions, here they are: The extensions for VS 2010. creating decision tree based troubleshooting documentation?

We troubleshoot a lot of server and network issues and follow a loose set of steps on what to do in different cases. With more and more people and responsibility, the need for standardization is needed so we don't miss something. I know I could accomplish what I want using flowcharts, but I'd like to do something similar to a "Choose Your Own Adventure" style. I think this is pretty much the same as what support call centers seem to do. Are there any tools to make creating such documentation easier? I'm looking for a web based approach if possible.

Postfix Postscreen: how to use postscreen for smtp and smtps both

I'm trying to get postscreen work. I've followed the man page and it's already running correctly for smtp. But it I want to use it for smtps as well (adding the same line as smtp in master.cf but with smtps) i receive failure messages in syslog like: postfix/postscreen[8851]: fatal: btree:/var/lib/postfix/postscreen_cache: unable to get exclusive lock: Resource temporarily unavailable Some say that postscreen can only run once; that's ok. But can I use the same postscreen session for both smtp and smtps? If not, how to enable postscreen for smtps as well? Any help would be apprecieted! Windows Home Server Passwords Do Not Match [closed]

I have a Windows Home Server that chunks along just fine most of the time. I've never bothered to put it on a GPS and so it's vulnerable to power outages that happen a few times a year. This most recent time, it came back and seemed to be fine, but whenever I try to access a shared folder I get "Passwords do not match". They matched before the power went out, and I couldn't update the WHS password since I apparently didn't know the old one. How do I fix this?

Login box not shown on Ubuntu

I've installed Ubuntu 10.04 (64bit) as a guest OS in VirtualBox, using Windows7 Professional (64bit) as host. After Ubuntu install, I did installed Xfce4 (sudo apt-get install xfce4). Logged in using a Xfce session, and when I logged out, I couldn't see the login box anymore, only the regular gnome background from login screen. Then I restarted the virtual machine, and now I'm not able to see the login box anymore, only the gnome background. Does someone knows how to solve this? Thanks in advance Update: I've tried to use Xubuntu, that comes with Xfce. And I'm facing the same problem. As a common denominator from the two cases, now I see the problem arises after I've updated the system, and then installed curl (via apt-get), zlib (make process), git (make process). But I'm not sure this can be the cause for this ... Update: I isolated the problem. The bad guy is zlib, but I don't have a clue why. In fact, it does crash not only ubuntu and xubuntu, but also Debian (Yes, I've tested all). I'll keep this question in case someone have the same problem, but I think my initial question is not valid anymore.

How do I ask screen to behave like a standard bash shell?

Just learned about the screen command on linux - it is genius. I love it. However, the actual terminal/prompt in screen looks and behaves differently than my standard bash prompt. That is, the colors aren't the same, tab completion doesn't seem to work, etc. Is there a way I can tell screen to behave just like a normal (at least, normal as in what I am used to) bash prompt ? Additional Information I am connecting via ssh from a Mac (Terminal) to a headless linux box (Ubuntu). After logging in, I have TERM=xterm-color and when I run screen I have TERM=screen. Am going to try the suggestions below to see if I can change the $TERM value first.

SSH tunnel for socks5 proxy is slow with concurrent load

I ssh to a remote AWS server using Ubuntu. I use ssh's port forwarding capabilities to do this. I have tried forwarding a dynamic port (ssh -D) or a single port (ssh -L with dante running as a remote socks server). Both are equally slow. I also tried different ciphers (ssh -c). Concurrent TCP connections pretty much do not work. For example, I can go to speedtest.net and start a test (which is fairly fast, probably maxes out my line speed) and if I try and do anything (i.e. load google.com) while the test is still running, all the additional connections seem to hang until the speed test is over. I realize OpenSSH is single-threaded. Is this the problem? It doesn't even show up on my top. Same goes for sshd on the remote server -- no processor hit. Is there anyway to bump ssh performance or should I step up to OpenVPN or something better suited for this?

decrypting AES files in an apache module?

I have a client with a security policy compliance requirement to encrypt certain files on disk. The obvious way to do this is with Device-mapper and an AES crypto module However the current system is setup to generate individual files that are encrypted. What are my options for decrypting files on-the-fly in apache? I see that mod_ssl and mod_session_crypto do encryption/decryption or something similar but not exactly what I am after. I could imagine that a PerlSetOutputFilter would work with a suitable Perl script configured, and I also see mod_ext_filter so I could just fork a unix command and decrypt the file, but they both feel like a hack. I am kind of surprised that there is no mod_crypto available...or am I missing something obvious here? Presumably resource-wise the perl filter is the way to go?
