Finding max clique in perfect graphs

A fast algorithm to find the size of the largest clique in a perfect graph(this one having odd cycles with at least 1 chord) with about 100 vertices ??

I am struggling to solve the following problem http://uva.onlinejudge.org/external/1/193.html However Im not able to get a fast solution. I have a website that is fairly static. It has some forms on it to send in contact information, mailing list submissions, etc. Perhaps hours/days after an upload to the site I found that the main index page had new code in it that I had not placed there that contained a hidden bunch of links in a invisible div.
