• Database Mirroring of SQL server

  I have two databases that are mirrored to another server using database mirroring. The mirror server has to be down for some reason for few days. Now the production server is having principal databases in (PRINCIPAL/DISCONNECTED) State. Clients can access those databases. So what happens when they keep on adding data to these databases?? Will the data get committed or waits till the mirror comes up?

  My main process(main.exe) initilaized COM library and created a thread which creates a new process(p1.exe) this new process is again initializing COM library and after making all references as zero unintialized COM here.. the unintailezed COM in the main process (i.e main.exe) also.... When i run p1.exe individually it is successful.. but it is crashing when i create a process for p1.exe from main.exe

  I have upgraded one of my projects in c# from visual studio 2005 to visual studio 2008 and and generated DLL .But the size of DLL after upgadring visual studio is 6kb which was 16 kb before upgrade. Why the size has reduced?? Will this give any issue??
