    I build packages from a batch file using commands like: msbuild ..\lib\Package.dproj /target:Build /p:config=%1 The packages' settings are dependent on an option set: <Import Project="..\optionsets\COND_Defined.optset" Condition="'$(Base)'!='' And Exists('..\optionsets\COND_Defined.optset')"/> This option set defines a conditional symbol many of my packages depend on. The file looks like this: <Project xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003"> <PropertyGroup> <DCC_Define>CONDITION;$(DCC_Define)</DCC_Define> </PropertyGroup> <ProjectExtensions> <Borland.Personality>Delphi.Personality.12</Borland.Personality> <Borland.ProjectType>OptionSet</Borland.ProjectType> <BorlandProject> <Delphi.Personality/> </BorlandProject> <ProjectFileVersion>12</ProjectFileVersion> </ProjectExtensions> </Project> Now I need two builds: one with the condition defined and one without. My attack vector would be the option set file. I have some ideas on what to do: write a program which modifies the option set file, run this before batch build fiddle with the project files and modify the option set path to contain an environment variable, then have different option sets in different locations But before starting to reinvent the wheel I'd like to ask how you would tackle this task? Maybe there are already means meant to support such a case (like certain command line switches, things I could configure in Delphi or batch file magic).

    Earlier I asked this question, which basically asked how to list 10 winners in a table with many winners, according to their points. This was answered. Now I'm looking to search for a given winner X in the table, and find out what position he is in, when the table is ordered by points. For example, if this is the table: Winners: NAME:____|__POINTS: Winner1 | 1241 Winner2 | 1199 Sally | 1000 Winner4 | 900 Winner5 | 889 Winner6 | 700 Winner7 | 667 Jacob | 623 Winner9 | 622 Winner10 | 605 Winner11 | 600 Winner12 | 586 Thomas | 455 Pamela | 434 Winner15 | 411 Winner16 | 410 These are possible inputs and outputs for what I want to do: Query: "Sally", "Winner12", "Pamela", "Jacob" Output: 3 12 14 623 How can I do this?     Hello! I have a table with all U.S. zip codes. each row contains the city and state name for the zip code. I'm trying to get a list of cities that show up in multiple states. This wouldn't be a problem if there weren't X amount of zip codes in the same city... So basically, I just want to the city in a state to count as 1 instead of it counting the city/state 7 times because there are 2+ zip codes in that city/state... I'm not really sure how to do this. I know I need to use count but how do I tell the mysql to only count a given city/state combo as 1?

  • Simple Prototype.js code to select multiple elements with the same classname

    I have one link with an id of "link", and I use the javascript below to open that link up in a modalbox: #In my template I have: <a href="some/path" id="link">link</a> #Then in my application.js file I have: document.observe('dom:loaded', function() { $('login-link').observe('click', function(event) { event.stop(); Modalbox.show(this.href,{title: 'some title', width: 500}); }); }) Since id's must be unique, this javascript only works for one element per page so I use it to observe my login-link and it has served me well. Until now. I want to use the same javascript to observe multiple links which have classnames instead of id's as below: <a href="link/to/some/stuff" class="link">link 1</a> <a href="link/to/some/other/stuff" class="link">link 2</a> When I do this, I can't get any of the links to open in a modalbox. If I change the class to an id for each link, then I can get the first link in the list to open in a modalbox. I've tried to use the '$$' notation to build an array of links in my javascript (shown below) but if I do that, then none of the links open correctly #document.observe method removed for display purposes $$('link').observe('click', function(event) { event.stop(); Modalbox.show(this.href,{title: 'some title', width: 500} ); }); My javascript skills obviously suck. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

The groups should be sorted by the users.dateadded so the department with the newest activity is first.   • Placing Select Folders Under Version Control

    Hi, I have an SVN repository on my hosted server (linux), and I need to do local work on them on my windows machine (tortoise svn installed). To simplify my question, the dir structure looks like: root |--------sub1 |--------sub2 |--------sub3 ... |--------subN with additional subfolders under each subX. Say I only want certain sub-subfolders of "sub1" and "sub3" under version control. But on windows, when I commit a change with tortoisesvn, I still want to be able to right click the root folder, hit commit, and have any changes that exist anywhere under root in any selected folders to be committed. The problem is, I think using ignore would be very cumbersome, since there would be so many folders to ignore, at different levels of structure. So basically, I want to put the whole thing under version control, and then tell svn "ok, now ignore everything except X and Y". What is the easiest way to accomplish this? Thanks, Jonah

Details table: DetailID, ... detailID1, ... detailID2, ... detailID3, ... detailID4, ... I need to get all the records from the details table plus the LAST record from the master table (last by the date in the master table). Like this: detailID1, masterID1, 2010/5/1, .... detailID2, masterID5, 2010/4/1, ... detailID3, null, null, ... detailID4, masterID6, 2008/9/16, ... I have no idea how to do this. Can anybody help me? However, I am not able to get hold of "some text 1" since it is directly contained within the td and using .text() on td will give me both "some text 1" as well as "some text 2". Any idea?

What I want to achieve: I you have this treeview for example (one parent with two child nodes): Parent -Child with a value 5 -Child with a value 2. I want to add these two values and assign them to Parent node: Parent result 7 -Child 5 -Child 2.     So, here's the deal. I have an html table that I want to populate. Specificaly the first row is the one that is filled with elements from a mysql database. To be exact, the table is a questionnaire about mobile phones. The first row is the header where the cellphone names are loaded from the database. There is also a select tag that has company names as options in it. I need to trigger an onChange event on the select tag to reload the page and refill the first row with the new names of mobiles from the company that is currently selected in the dropdown list.
