I've been contemplating writing a simple "event log" that takes a paramater list and stores event messages in a log file, trouble is, I forsee this file growing to be rather large (assume 1M entries or more) the question is, how can I implement this system without pulling teeth, I know that SQL would be a possible way to go. XML would be ideal but not really practical for scaleability if i'm not going nuts.   I am working on a solution where I need to have the first input field selected when a fancybox is shown. I have tried reacting to the resize event, which works fine in IE but not in Firefox. Also tried reacting to the click event on the link that opens the box - but aparently this is too early so some other element steals focus afterwards. Any ideas??

So my question is, is it possible to call method B immediately when method A is finished? Offcourse I can call method A and after that call method B manually.   hi .. iam trying to use the code posted here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/621577/clipboard-event-c it does work really great, but while testing, i found out that when copying from some application as example firefox, you will get the event running twice, so if you are saving the copied text to a textfile, or writing them to a textbox in the application, the text copied from firefox will appear twice ? anybody can help me with this problem ? thanks a lot

• jQuery .change Event Not Working With An input:text Field Which Has Readonly Set.
