    Hi, I am using the HtmlEditor Control included in the AjaxControlToolkit (patched version v62210 because I needed some of the included fixes). Unfortunately the textarea in the Html Editor control is never displayed in Chrome and Safari (both latest version). It doesn't matter if there is text in it or not. It does work on the AjaxControlToolkit Sample page with both browsers though. Any ideas?

    If I run an audit on my sites with Google Chrome, I get this message in the Leverage browser caching section: The following resources are missing a cache expiration. Resources that do not specify an expiration may not be cached by browsers: A list of all the pictures follows. I get a similar notice in Leverage proxy caching: Consider adding a "Cache-Control: public" header to the following resources: Apart from pictures, I also get a notice about HTML, CSS and JavaScript files: The following resources are explicitly non-cacheable. Consider making them cacheable if possible: Its funny because I've worked hard to cache all static contents (except for pictures, where I just left Apache's default settings). Firefox does indeed store all these items in cache. Is there anything I should improve in my HTTP headers? Here's the complete header set of some items as loaded after removing the browser caché. Pictures use default settings I didn't really check before, the rest should be cachéd for three hours. I can set headers with both .htaccess and PHP.     I have an ongoing issue with the amount of vertical space of unordered lists in IE7 vs. Firefox/Chrome/Opera and I can't seem to find a solution out there. In IE7, the space is less and what I would like to see. In Firefox, Chrome, and Opera, the space between is about twice as much. I can't account for any of the spacing issues in my code or page.     I'm not big on creating GUI's, and generally my philosophy is: I don't create them, or I make them as simple as possible (and convince myself that it's better for usability :) For my current project, I'm using Qt from Python (PyQt), and I want to start adding some GUI elements without cluttering the interface. My idea is to create these elements as sort of floating-shaped-widgets that only appear when necessary; pretty much like the status bar (and find bar) in chrome. Is there any standard api that enables creating this kind of interface?

    Hi all, I currently have issues in Webkit(Safari and Chrome) were I try to load dynamically (innerHTML) some html into a div, the html contains css rules (...), after the html gets rendered the style definitions are not loaded (so visually I can tell the styles are not there and also if I search with javascript for them no styles are found). I have tried using a jquery plugin tocssRule(), it works but it is just too slow. Is there another way of getting webkit to load the styles dynamically? Thanks. Patrick

I have successfully validated my JSON at JSONLint, so I've run out of ideas as to what I might be doing wrong. Any thoughts? Update: I had the client switch the content type to application/json. Unfortunately, I'm still experiencing the exact same problem. I also updated my HTML and included the live URL I've been working with. Update 2: I just gave this a try in IE8 and it works fine. For some reason, it doesn't work in either Firefox 3.6.3 or Chrome 4.1.249.1064 (45376). I did notice a mistake with the data being returned (the developer is returning a collection of data, even for queries that will always return a single record), but it still baffles me why it doesn't work in other browsers. It might be important to note that I am working from an HTML file on my local file system. I thought it might be a XSS issue, but that doesn't explain why Flickr works.
