    Hi, I have written a library for I-phone which is based upon some object models(whose definitions I get via XML). Now I have one implementation for a sample model ready but to make the code library generic I want to write an application where I can templatize the code and provide placeholders for data model specific points. Is there any tool available for Xcode to enable me do this. In java "Velocity" does this job for me. Regards, Vikas

    Hi, I'm trying to create a list with headers above a grouping of items. I was looking at SeperatedListAdapter available here: http://jsharkey.org/blog/2008/08/18/separating-lists-with-headers-in-android-09/ but I ran into an error (ERROR/AndroidRuntime(2025): java.lang.IllegalStateException: ArrayAdapter requires the resource ID to be a TextView ) Now I'm looking into more options including making a new one.   • Unable to view data in notepad.

    I have a java code that reads an excel file and writes it to a text file. When i get the output text file, I can see only symbols like this in the notepad. "????????????????????????????" But if i open the text file in wordpad or ms-word, the data is correctly displayed. What could be the error?

    I have a blackberry app that I am trying to deploy OTA (over the air). I have set the MIME type on my server to be: cod application/vnd.rim.cod jad text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor jar application/java-archive When I access the JAD file on my web-server through the BlackBerry Browser, I get the message Unsupported Media Type and then a prompt to download the JAD. How can I resolve this?

  • Regular Expression to split "/n"

    I want to split the /n from my string in Java. For example, I have one String field which has 2 lines space ( /n). I have to find out lines ( wherever mopre than one lines is coming) and should replace with one line spaces. "This is Test Message thanks Zubair " From the above example, there are more spaces between "This is Test Message" and "thanks". So i want to reduce as only one line instead of 2 lines.How to do that?

    I asked this before, but didn't get any responses. Can anybody point me to C or Java code (or anything else) that does NTRU encryption? Several people who were implementing the algorithm have posted on this site, so maybe they could help? I also noticed that quite a number of NTRU implementations have been written at universities, so it would seem strange that sources, or at least sample code, are so hard to come by. Thanks!

    I'm trying to achieve following: class A { def foo() { "foo" } } class B { def bar() { "bar" } } A.mixin B def a = new A() a.foo() + a.bar() with one significant difference - I would like to do the mixin on the instance: a.mixin B but this results in groovy.lang.MissingMethodException: No signature of method: A.mixin() is applicable for argument types: (java.lang.Class) values: [class B] Is there a chance to get this working like proposed in the Groovy Mixins JSR?

    I have been developing my app for around two months, in the last week i have started getting the following error when trying to compile and run the app from Eclipse: java.io.IOException: Unable to upload file: No space left on device The APK comes out at 3.6Mb and the emulator is a recently created fresh one with 512Mb SD card and other specs identical to the G1. Can anyone suggest a reason this might be happening?

    i have written a few junits with @Test annotation. If my test method throws a checked exception and if i want to assert the message along with the exception, is there a way to do so with JUNIT @Test annotation.AFAIK, Junit 4.7 doesnt provide this feature but does any future versions provide it. I know in .NET you can assert the message and the exception class. Looking for similar feature in the java world.
