    I have a chart generated with Morris.JS but the labels on the x-axis are to long and being cut off due to the limited height of the area showing the labels. The code below would render a graph that only shows the partial label for "COUNTY PARK ROAD ELEM.". How can I adjust the height of the label area to show the entire text?   • Placemark name from KML to OpenLayers Label.

    TLDR I have a KML layer in OpenLayers. It pulls out the geometries images placemarks etc. But will not apply a label to any of my placemarks etc: I am stumped by this one my StyleMap is as follows: var styleMap = new OpenLayers.StyleMap({ fillOpacity: 1, pointRadius: 10, label: "${name}", //I believe this should pull the name attr from the KML fontColor: "#7E3C1C", fontSize: "13px", fontFamily: "Courier New, monospace", fontWeight: "strong", labelXOffset: "0", labelYOffset: "-15" }); and the layer: var mykmllayer= new OpenLayers.Layer.Vector("KML Layer", { styleMap: styleMap, projection: new OpenLayers.Projection("EPSG:4326"), strategies: [new OpenLayers.Strategy.Fixed()], protocol: new OpenLayers.Protocol.HTTP({ url: URLTOKML, format: new OpenLayers.Format.KML({ styleMap: myStyles, extractStyles: true, extractAttributes: true }) }) }); (Insert shameless bump here)bump Does anyone know maybe what I am missing or a reason why this wouldn't work?

  • Get drive label in C#

    When I use System.IO.DriveInfo.GetDrives() and look at the .VolumeLabel property of one of the drives, I see "PATRIOT XT", which is indeed the drive's volume label. If I open "My Computer", instead I see "TrueCrypt Traveler Disk", and I can't seem to find any way to programmatically retrieve that value as none of the DriveInfo properties hold that value. I also tried querying the information via WMI's Win32_LogicalDisk, but no properties contained that value there either. So any idea what the label My Computer uses is called, and more importantly, how to programmatically retrieve it? Thanks

    i create a form for order a item in flex. i use <mx:TextInput /> for getting the information from client and use a <mx:Button /> for submit the information in database. But client requirements is when user click on button then first show a confirmation page with details information that client give. But can't use another page or <mx:TextInput /> in this confirmation page, it will be <mx:Label />. After show the confirmation page if clients click on Button then submit the info. How can i convert a <mx:TextInput /> into <mx:Label /> with all properties in flex? Is it possible?

    Hi. I'm trying to create 2D array and initialize it with NSStrings. When I try to copy content of a cell from the array to a label.text, the application crashes.   • Concatenating text in an ASP.NET localized label

    Trying to localize text in ASP.NET labels... want to add a ':' after the localized text. I could just add the ':' to the localized text in the resource file, but that seems silly... there should be an easy way to do this. <asp:Label id="RoleTypeLabel" runat="server" Text='<%$ Resources: GS3, RoleTypeLabel %>:' AssociatedControlID="RoleTypeDropDown"></asp:Label> (note the ':' at the end of Text='...') Of course, this doesn't work... and neither does anything I can think of to concatenate a ':' onto the end of the localized text. Anyone know how to do it? TIA, James

  • Auto height for label or textview within table view cell

    Hi Folks, I have a problem in an iPhone application. Application has a table view controller with custom table view cells. Each cell has a Label (please correct me if I need to use text view etc). I am getting text dynamically from a web service call and I don't know how long text gonna be. Now problem is that I want to adjust the table view cell height based on text I receive. How can I grow Label or TextView height withinin table view cell so it can contain all the text and in effect grow table view cell height. Does anyone know how to handle this kind of design problem?     Heyo, My class at college has us writing programs in assembly. I have never truly appreciated the ease of C until now. Now, when I program in assembly, I often have to make while/for/if loops and conditionals with labels eg: SKIP: ... COMP:ADD R1, R1, #0 ;Check for equality BRZ WHILEEND ... ;code inside the while loop JMP COMP ;Return to while loop WHILEEND: ... So, in this while loop (example) I have used 1 label for the subroutine and 2 more for the loop itself. I've run out of good label names for all the loops and branches I'm doing in assembly, what do you guys do to keep it varied and descriptive?

  • Latex label/ref for "fake" external figure

    Hello, some journals require each figure to be submitted in a separate document. However, they do want the figure legends to be listed in the main document. I was thus hoping to do something along these lines: \section{Figure Legends} \begin{description} \item[Figure \ref{fig:fireAntBiology}] \label{fig:fireAntBiology} bla bla ants \end{description} This would still permit to \ref the figure from the main text. However, it doesn't work (The \ref returns the number of section "Figure Legends"). The following correctly gives a different number to each "figure": \item[Figure \ref{fig:fireAntBiology}] \begin{figure} \caption{\label{fig:fireAntBiology}} \end{figure} bla bla ants However, it also places empty figure floats throughout the document. A solution should be straightforward. What am I missing? Any ideas? Thanks! yannick

    Currently I'm working with an in house white label cms that we resell to multiple clients and it all runs from the same box/db. I'm just looking at converting this to have an ecommerce version that we'll run alongside it. I'm wondering whether there will be an issue keeping all the products/categories/orders in one db or whether it would be advisory to separate each instance of the site into its own db for this. These white label instances will only be sold to smaller companies that probably wont have masses of traffic/products and are looking for a simple ecommerce site. Anything larger will definitely get its own hosting and db. But for smaller scale stuff do you think a single db will be ok?

When I click on Edit, the label value of that cell should automatically get selected in the DropDownList. The RegHandler just uses the name field to refer to the value in the form. Any Idea how I could access the select box's value?
