(6) In the COM tab, I saw my "Car Server Type Lib", it's ok until now. I try to use the Object Browser to browse my COM lib, but the Visual Studio said "the following components could not be browsed", and I noticed that there's no new reference added to the list in the C# project Reference. I can use the tlbimp.exe to generate a interop.CarCom.dll, and then use the COM through this interop dll, but I want this interop assembly to be generated automatically when I just add reference to the COM. However, I'm getting a CoreException ("Project target not loaded yet.") thrown when I attempt to call IProject.build on an Android project as part of a unit test: IProject project = importProject(...); project.build(IncrementalProjectBuilder.FULL_BUILD, monitor); Should I be waiting for the project target to load before calling the above? If so, what call should I use to poll the project target loading status?

  • Background settings for a JDesktopPane

    I'm using a self-made DesktopPaneUI for a JDesktopPane, I've written the proper methods for the class, and I'm running into trouble. When I resize the JDesktopPane, the background image doesn't resize with the frame. The image appears to be clipped at the size it was when the window initially opened. I'm giving it an image larger than the window, and I'm still having this problem. Here's my method call inside the constructor of my desktopUI class. super(); this.background = javax.imageio.ImageIO.read(new File(fileName)); Is there a way I can change my main class where I set the UI, or the myDesktopPaneUI class such that the background still fills the window when the JDesktopPane changes size? setUI(new myDesktopPaneUI("media/bg.jpg"));

    Hi I'm using Joomla 1.5.14 and I configured SEO as in the following image Now I need to map a few old URL to the new site let's say that I need to map htp://mysite/old.html to the new Joomla page http://mysite/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=32&Itemid=70 I added in my .htaccess file the following RewriteRule ^old\.html$ index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=32&Itemid=70 #works!! this works fine, but if I use the SEF URL in .htaccess (let's say the above page can be reached with htp://mysite/contacts.html), I obtain a 404 error RewriteRule ^old\.html$ contacts.html #this does not work Now the question: Is it possible use SEF URLs in RewriteRule? where am I wrong? thank you in advance stefano

    Hey Guy, I'm trying to compile one single cpp file with Eclipse CDT and MinGW. On command line, c++ Test.cpp does the job. If I try to compile the file with Eclipse, I get errors telling me that I don't have included string.h in my lib files. How do I setup Eclipse just to perform "g++ Test.cpp" without considering my lib files as independent files? Thanks for helping :) Kon

  • Two way binding settings problem.

    Hi, I am having a problem using two way binding with a listpicker. I am able to set the value using c# but not in the SelectedItem=".." in xaml. The binding is returning the correct value (and is a value in the listpicker) as i have texted it by assigning the text to a textblock.     I am trying to create JSF 2 pages. When I create pages using facelets template I get message on top that "The project is not configured for Facelets yet. You need to add a Facelets runtime to the project's classpath".     Hi, In asp.net multilingual website in english Uk and swedish, i have three rsources file 1. en-GB.resx 2. sv-SE.resx 3. Culture neutral file. I have create one base class and all pages is inherited from that class. There i write following lines to set UICULTURE and culture 1. Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture = CultureInfo.CurrentUICulture.Name; 2. Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.Name; Question: Suppose my browser language is Swedish(sv-SE) then this code will run because it find CurrentUICulture and CurrentCulture values as sv-SE. Now if suppose browser language is Swedish(sv) only, in that case values will be set as CurrentUICulture = sv; and CurrentCulture = sv-SE Now the problem is that user can able to view all text in Culture neutral resource file that i kept as english while all decimal saperators, currency and other will be appear in swedish. It looks confusing to usr. What would be right approach. I am thinking following solution. Please correct me? 1. i can create extra resource file for sv also. 2. I check value of CurrentUICulture in base class and if it is sv then replace it with sv-SE Please correct me which one is right approach or Is there any other good way of doing?

Lombok provides annotations for removing boilerplate code; however, it doesn't appear to play nicely with Ant4Eclipse (headless compilation of Eclipse projects).     In Windows, I can set the processor affinity of driver code using KeSetSystemAffinityThread, and check which processor my code is running on using KeGetCurrentProcessorNumber. I'm trying to do something similar in a Linux kernel module, but the only affinity calls I can see are for userland processes. Is there any way to do this, so that I can run assembly code on a specific processor? (i.e. sgdt)

So, i have a application that displays tasks and i created an option in the Settings menu that lets you choose in how many days all (Never, 10 days, 20 days or 30 days) these tasks should be automatically deleted. So when i open up the app there will be a method that will be called and check if theres any tasks to be deleted. I did that to challenge myself, but i'm hitting the wall with my head and i cant come up with something. So here i am in need of help!     I built a Visual Studio 2008 setup Project wich depends on .NET 3.5. I added Prerequisites like: .NET 3.5, Microsoft office interoperability, VS tools for office System 3.0 Run time, .etc. After that Selected "Download Prerequisite from Same location as my application" in Specify install location for Prerequisite. I Built the setup and found mysetup.msi in Release directory. In a new machine I started fresh installation of my application. A dialog shows like this "This Setup Requires .NET framework 3.5 , Please install .NET setup then run this setup, .NET Framework can be obtained from web Do you want to do that now?" it gives "Yes" and "No" option - if I press yes it goes to Microsoft website. How can avoid it? I wanted setup take .NET Framework to be installed from same location where I put all setup files including mysetup.msi? In case of quiet installation cmd /c "msiexec /package mysetup.msi /quiet /log install.log" ..in log I can see only half way through installation then error Property(S): HideFatalErrorForm = TRUE MSI (s) (D0:24) [00:07:08:015]: Product: my product-- Installation failed. === Logging stopped: 3/23/2010 0:07:08 === How can complete I the installation without user intervention and without error using VS2008 setup project?     I have a WebApplication on asp.net 2.0 with namespace Admin. I have Form Authentification mode for the project. <authentication mode="Forms"> <forms name="ASP_XML_Form" loginUrl="Login.aspx" protection="All" timeout="30" path="/" requireSSL="false" slidingExpiration="true" cookieless="AutoDetect"> </forms> </authentication> Now, I try to share one folder (one inside page) for not Authentificatied users: <location path="Recovery"> <system.web> <roleManager enabled="false" > </roleManager> <authentication mode="None"> </authentication> <authorization> <allow users="*" /> </authorization> <httpHandlers> <remove verb="GET" path="image.aspx" /> <remove verb="GET" path="css.aspx" /> </httpHandlers> </system.web> </location> But when I create the page inside the shared folder, it can't get access to the assembly. And I see the error like this: Could not load file or assembly 'Admin' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. It also shows me the error: ASP.NET runtime error: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. Does anybody know how to share (Authentification None) one folder(page) when the project is under FormsAuthentifications?

    Hello, I'm not sure how to explain this without writing several pages so I hope the actual code is more expressive. I've made a jar containing multiple annotation declaration similar to the following: @Target(ElementType.PACKAGE) @Retention(RetentionPolicy.RUNTIME) public @interface MarkedPackage { } then I have made a test jar containing several classes in several packages and marked just one package with the above annotation (with package-info.java) like below: @myPackage.MarkedPackage package package.test.jar; this jar had in its build path the jar containing the annotations. then I made a static class that has a method (LoadPlugins) that retrieves a list with all the jars of a directory. Then it searches through the jars for the 'package-info' class and checks if that classes package contains the MarkedPackage annotation. by calling this: if (checkPackageAnnotation(thisClass.getPackage())) where thisClass is the package-info class retrieved via a classloader. and: public static boolean checkPackageAnnotation(AnnotatedElement elem) { System.out.println(elem.getAnnotations().length); if (elem == null || !elem.isAnnotationPresent(MarkedPackage.class)) return false; return true; } the elem.getAnnotatios().length is there for debug purposes. And the problem appears when I call the method from the static class: if I call it from a main function: public class MyMain { public static void main(String[] args){ PluginUtils.LoadPlugins(); } } everything works perfectly it displays '1' from that System.out.println(elem.getAnnotations().length); But if I call it from a button from my Vaadin project: header.addComponent(new Button("CallThat", new Button.ClickListener() { public void buttonClick(ClickEvent event) { PluginUtils.LoadPlugins(); } })); It displays '0' from that System.out.println(elem.getAnnotations().length); Also I should mention that I created the main inside my Vaadin project so it would have the exact same build path and resources. Is there a problem with web applications and that "@Retention(RetentionPolicy.RUNTIME)" ? hope I was clear enough... Hope someone has a solution for me... If you need more information - let me know.
