Here are the requirement: The phone when started, should launch our application., so the user cannot launch any other application. The application will be a 1D barcode reader.     i have 2 concrete types "CategoryFilter" & "StopWordsFilter" that implements "IWordTokensFilter". Below is my setup: ForRequestedType<IWordTokensFilter>().TheDefaultIsConcreteType<CategoryFilter>() .AddInstances(x => { x.OfConcreteType<StopWordsFilter>(); } ); The problem is the run-time when structure map auto inject it on my class, bec. i have arguments with same plugin-type: public ClassA(IWordTokensFilter stopWordsFilter, IWordTokensFilter categoryFilter) i'm always getting CategoryFilter in my first argument but it should be stopWordsFilter. How can i setup this in a right way? thanks in advance

  • APNS Sending Frequent Notifications to Device

    I'm trying to mimic a pager with my app by sending push notifications to the user until he or she responds. My thought was to send a push every few seconds and play the default sound on arrival. Not perfect, but better than nothing. It's working all right. However, I am finding that the sound starts to stutter/interrupt a bit after a few notifications have been sent -- as if it's trying to play the sound more than once. This happens even if I only send the push every 10 seconds. I just tested it at 20 second intervals and even then it starts to sound interrupted after about 10 times. Any idea how to resolve this so each message plays the sound crisply? p.s. Testing performed on an iPad.

    i import an existing simple stateless session bean project in to my eclipse Galileo workspace. it uses Jboss 4.2 server. The problem is, while try to congiure the project into server it will not shown in servers's available project list. later i try to add the project by right clicking the server but it says " there are no resources that can be added or removed from the server"... can anyone tell me the solution to run the project?

    at the top of my controller, outside of any method, I have @@javascript_is_disabled = false and I have methods that that the view calls and invokes something like this @@javascript_is_disabled = params[:javascript_disabled] but when I need the @@javascript_is_disabled in completely different method.. it is always false. I know it changes in the method with params args... cause those methods behave differently, and appropriately And ideas?

    Say I had a class SuperClass and two subclasses SubClassA and SubClassB that inherit from SuperClass. abstract class SuperClass{ ... List someList; ... } class SubClassA extends SuperClass{ ... List<String> someList; ... } class SubClassB extends SuperClass{ ... List<Integer> someList; ... } That way it is convenient because I can get someList.size() in Superclass and have Typesafety in the Subclasses. The problem is that it does not "feel" right, can you think of potential hazards this apporach has that I am not aware of?

    I'm having trouble retrieving an echoed ajax response through SWFupload. Upon uploading a file, my account.php?action=uploadphotographs echos the number 37, the text field hidFileId should then be updated with this data.     assume this class: public class Logger { static TextWriter fs = null; public Logger(string path) { fs = File.CreateText(path); } public static void Log(Exception ex) { ///do logging } public static void Log(string text) { ///do logging } } and I have to use this like: Logger log = new Logger(path); and then use Logger.Log() to log what I want. the question is: is this a good design? to instantiate a class and then always call it's static method? any suggestion yield in better design is appreciated.

    Let's take this class as example and assume that get_context() returns the source of the call: class A { public function __construct( ) { if( get_class( get_context( ) ) == B ) { return true; } else { return false; } } } class B { function __construct( ) { $a = new A( ); } } $a = new B( ); // returns true, as B is the invoking class of A $a = new A( ); // returns false, as B is invoked outside of any class So, my questions are: 1) can a function know the context that calls it? 2) can a object know context from where it has been instantiated? Or am I dreaming up new features not implementable in PHP?

    I'm wondering how Instapaper (bookmarklet that saves text) might generate URLs for their bookmarklet. Mine has a script src of something similar to www.instapaper.com/j/AnJHrfoDTRia The quality of these URLs is that they need to never collide, and not be really guessable (so other people can't save to your account). I know a simple approach might be to MD5 their email address (presumed to have been checked on signup for uniqueness), but then I'd end up with a super long string. This isn't a huge issue, but I'm wondering what techniques there are for shorter GUIDs that won't collide too often (this is obviously the tradeoff, but 12 characters above is pretty short in my opinion)

  • breakpoints not working properly on device with iOS 4.2.1 on Xcode 4.2

    That seems odd to me, but apparently, Xcode 4.2 doesn't recognice breackpoints properly on my iPod Touch 2G running iOS 4.2.1, while it does on my other Ipod Touch 4G running iOS 6.0 Both devices are enabled for development, and their debug symbols information are retrieved from both devices and copied into ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/iOS DeviceSupport/... The only thing that seems suspect to me is that 4.2.1 is missing on /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/... I have 4.2 and 4.3 but nothing in between any help is appreciated

  • Returning and instance of a Class given its .class (MyClass.class)

    I have an enum that will hold my algorithms. I cannot instantiate these classes because I need the application context which is only available once the application has started. I want to load the class at runtime when I choose by calling getAlgorithm(Context cnx). How do I easily instantiate a class at runtime given its .class (and my constructor takes arguments)?   • How do i provide a custom session ID getter/setter in asp.net

    I want to pass the sessionID as a json parameter, I can see how to override SessionIDManager and such, but this just covers custom creation/validation of sessionID's as opposed to where it actually gets the sessionID from. There is of course 'cookieless' which puts it in the url, but that doesn't work for me either. So i'd like to override the session handling so I can specify where it should look for the sessionID.

  • Correct Path for Git Remote Add from Amazon EC2 Instance to OSX Client Machine

    I'm trying to do a git remote add from a repository that sits on a remote Amazon AMI back to a cloned copy of the SAME repository that is sitting on my local OSX machine. I'm confused about what file path to use. I assume it's something like: git remote add my_clone <OSX_User_Name>@<OSX_HOST_NAME>:<PATH_TO_CLONED_REPO> I obviously know what my <OSX_User_Name> is, and I can figure out my <PATH_TO_CLONED_REPO>, but I have no idea how to determine a <OSX_HOST_NAME> that would actually work. Can I just put in my external IP address, followed by my machine's internal IP address? (Note that I'm working behind a router.) Is ssh:// the correct protocol? Do I need to set up ssh access from the Amazon EC2 machine to the local OSX machine?
