  What is the easiest way to detect a character in a text field? I want to be able to detect a certain character and replace that character with another specific character. So If I write in a text field... "zyxw" I want it to be replaced with "abcd". I'm a newbie and don't really know where to start with this or how to go about it. I have to share these artifact for other teams(developers), but javadoc every time has another one URL(I know that it's possible to get it like .lastFinished), and get's new place on Build Machine. Is it possible on each build replace old artifact with new one because I don't need need previous versions? And have independent from build version URL for accessing.

  So I installed a trial of SQL Server 2008 enterprise edition while waiting for MSDN licenses to come through - I now want to uninstall the trial and replace it with a developer edition installation. However, I'd like to first know how long I have left on the trial. Is there a way to do this programmatically with SQL? I looked at create_date in sys.databases, but these give dates that are in 2003 (which is, I guess, when master and model were originally created).

  I have a spreadsheet with thousands of rows. Each row contains a hyperlink with a path. The path is not valid, however easily fixable by replacing first part of it with correct value. Example: current hyperlink: F:\Help\index.html Needed: P:\SystemHelp\index.html The problem is that standard Find/Replace does not "see" content of hyperlinks. Is the only way to write a macro or is there another way to do it?

If I replace the domain name with google's IP address, it gives a warning: failed to open stream: Connection timed out. And ini_get("allow_url_fopen") return 1.
