    I have the following SQL statement which returns a single record as expected: select * from geodatasource_cities C, geodatasource_countries D where C.CC_FIPS = D.CC_FIPS and D.CC_ISO='AU' and UCASE(TRIM(C.FULL_NAME_ND)) LIKE '%JAN JUE%'; However, If I use the following SQL statement, no records are returned. I have only changed the LIKE clause to an equal to clause: select * from geodatasource_cities C, geodatasource_countries D where C.CC_FIPS = D.CC_FIPS and D.CC_ISO='AU' and UCASE(TRIM(C.FULL_NAME_ND)) = 'JAN JUE'; Can anybody please help me understand why this may be happening?

    I need the timestamps of files on my local and on my server to be in sync. This is accomplished with Subversion by setting use-commit-times=true in the config so that the last modified of each file is when it was committed. Each time I clone my repository, I want the timestamps of files to reflect when they were last changed in the remote repository, not when I cloned the repo. Is there any way to do this with git?

    Hi, I am trying to use ZendX_Jquery and i don't how know to autoload this file in bootstrap. I am doing require_once("ZendX/JQuery.php"); on my file Bootstrap.php i also tried $autoLoader = Zend_Loader_Autoloader::getInstance(); $autoLoader->registerNamespace('ZendX_'); but it did not work is there any elegant way of autoloading files in diretories? EDIT: Changed ZendX_jQuery to ZendX_JQuery (case sensitivity) on my bootstrap.php file

    I have table where the one of columns is geometry column the_geom for polygons with SRID. I added new column in the same table with exactly the same geometry data as in the_geom. This another column has name the_geom4258 because I want here to set up another SRID=4258. So what is the procedure to set up another SRID geometry to be changed (in another coord.system)? Is just enough to apply following query: UPDATE table SET the_geom4258=ST_SetSRID(the_geom4258,4258);

What I'm wondering is, with ADODB recordsets, is there anyway to extract the 'changes'. The logic which changes the recordset is scattered about, and all I need is the changes, not how it was changed... I think this is because the datacontext in the UnitofWork object is different to the one in RepositoryA where the data is changed. So when the service calls Save() on it's IUnitOfWork, the underlying datacontext does not have any updated data so no update SQL is fired. Is there something I've done wrong in the StrutureMap registry setup? Or is there a more fundamental problem with the design? Many thanks.

    I've been (thus far) unable to write a project in C that would be meaningful on any level. For a first project, I've thought of many, but done none. What was the project that changed your skill-level from noob to "coder" the most? Maybe I can take some tips and work on something similar? I was thinking of a toy language, but well, I wouldn't know how to go about that. This might be closed, but oh well :)
