  • getcwd for current location based on ftp account permission

    Hello. I'm trying to make a small script that's changing the permission for specific file using a ftp connection. My problem is the absolute path. I have a ftp account wich land on the script directory (/script/). If i'm using getcwd, it will return the whole path (/home/user/public_html/script) but i need only the difference between the full path and the current path (getcwd path: /home/user/public_html/script/ ftp landing path: /script). So, how can i use getcwd to get the current directory for a ftp account? For example, if the user is landing in public_html, the path to the script will be /script/, or if he is landing inside /user, the path will be /public_html/script. Thanks

  • CCK NodeReference - Pass current user id as argument to selection view

    Hi all, I'm trying to create a view to limit the options available to a user for a CCK NodeReference field. I want to pass the current user's ID as an argument to the view that selects the options for the CCK NodeReference field. Basically when the user creates a new item, I only want them to be able to reference a node which they created (not someone else's node). I've got a view set up that accepts a user ID as an argument, but how do I pass the current user's ID to the view from the CCK NodeReference field? Thanks in advance!!!

I Have a datacontext that has a "getuserbyguid" method, i want to pass in the current logged in user.userid as a parameter, but I don't know how to bind to the current logged in user through xaml. I've tried {Binding Path=User.UserId} but without any luck. I'm using the built in riaservices authentication methods, so the userinfo should be exposed in the riacontext, or am I wrong about this?     I am working around a problem in Ubuntu 10.04 where after resume, the mouse cursor disappears. This can be "fixed" by running chvt 1; chvt 7 in a script in /etc/pm/sleep.d, such that those commands run on thaw and resume. However, the X console is not always vt #7, so chvt 7 is wrong in those cases. What I would like to do is find out the current vt in the fix-up script and make sure I change back to that vt. How can I find the current vt? (tty(1) just reports "not a tty")

I am using Excel 2007 and while non vba ideas are preferred, vba is not a problem either!

If I load App2.xap and App3.xap and instantiate an Application class within one of the other two XAPs. The Application.Current changes to be that new instance. System.Windows.Application obj = Activator.CreateInstance(type) as System.Windows.Application; I don't want the current application to change. I just want to get the merged Resource Dictionaries off the Application class.

    Is there a way to pass the current state of a function into another function in C/C++? I mean all the parameters and local variables by current state. For example: void funcA (int a, int b) { char c; int d, e; // Do something with the variables. // ... funcB(); // Do something more. } void funcB() { // funcB() should be able to access variables a,b,c,d & e // and any change in these variables reflect into funcA(). } The code is in bad shape if there is a need for funcB() kind of functions. But can it be achieved? This can help if someone is starting to re-factor a long method with multiple parameters.

  • SVN: change a past revision and have the change in current

    ok say I am on revision 4. I check it out, make some change and commit it. I am not on revision 5. I check it out again, am making some changes, but I am informed that there was a typo from revision 5 that needs to be changed right away. I don't want to fix it in my current working copy because I am in the middle of something and it wont be ready to commit yet. But I don't want to revert back to revision 5 and loose all my work. what I want to do is go back to revision 5, make the small change, commit it. And ALSO have that change made to my current working copy as well. I hope that makes sense. Is there a way to do that?

    Hey, I'm a .net developer mostly, doing something small in C++ so im having a little trouble. I'm loading another C++ dll using hInst = LoadLibrary(TEXT("mydll.dll")); and I came to realize that this looks for the dll I'm trying to load in 'C:\' or in 'system32'. Can someone show me how to load the dll from the current directory (without knowing what the current directory is ahead of time) ?? I know I should be using something like GetFullPathName but I'm having a little trouble getting it to work on my own...

But I am getting 0.000 for both when I try to test. I am testing on iPhone 4s. If there is any sample code, it will be great.

    I'm trying to implement a Facebook like toolbar on the bottom of the screen for a website I'm currently working on. Currently, I have it 100% of the width of the screen but I'd like to have it look almost exactly like Facebook's toolbar, centered, bottom justified on top, around 80% of the current screen's width. The map (correctly) only displays the two annotations in the current rect. I am setting the region in viewDidLoad: if (center_point.latitude == 0) { center_point.latitude = 35.785098; center_point.longitude = -78.669899; } if (map_span.latitudeDelta == 0) { map_span.latitudeDelta = .001; map_span.longitudeDelta = .001; } map_region.center = center_point; map_region.span = map_span; NSLog(@"Setting initial map center and region"); [browse_map_view setRegion:map_region animated:NO]; The log entry for the region being set is printed to the console before any annotation views are requested. The problem here is that since all of the annotations are being requested at once, [mapView dequeueReusableAnnotationViewWithIdentifier] does nothing, since there are unique MKAnnotationViews for every annotation on the map. This is leading to memory problems for me. One possible issue is that these annotations are clustered in a pretty small space (~1 mile radius). Although the map is zoomed in pretty tight in viewDidLoad (latitude and longitude delta .001), it still loads all of the annotation views at once. Thanks...

  • Xcode Link Frameworks "Relative to Current SDK" Doesn't Work When Mixing Mac Framework and iPhone St

    I have a framework of code I maintain. It's got mac and iphone objective-c code. And some of it is shared. I'm not having any problems with code. It's a problem with Xcode. Let's just call my framework "AwesomeKit" for this problem. The first thing I did was create an xcode Framework project called "AwesomeKit". Add source files to it, link against the common mac frameworks: foundation, cocoa, carbon, etc. It compiles fine. Then, add a new "static library" target, let's call it "AwesomeKit-iPhone" and set the base SDK in the build settings to iphone device 3.1.3. The problem comes when I try to add "Existing Frameworks" to the AweseomKit-iPhone target. -First change the current build target to AwesomeKit-iPhone. -Right click on any group and select "Add Existing Frameworks..." -Choose UIKit.framework UIKit will immediately be highlighted red, as if it's missing. It is indeed missing because Xcode uses the "Relative SDK" setting from the "Mac OS 10.6" SDK. When it should be using it relative to the current target's base sdk iphone device 3.1.3. What the heck? Has anyone experienced this? This is really annoying.

    Hi I am getting latitude and longitude of current location from CLLocationManager delegate method. It works fine for some region but its giving problem in UK region. When it is used in UK region, the current location longitude and latitude returned from CLLocationManager is not proper.
