  I have already a site with a single homepage index.php which accepts 2 parameters like http://mydomain.com/index.php?param1=something&param2=somethingelse param2 can be optional I want to install wordpress on the root directory, except for index.php and the above url, I want wordpress to show the blog pages. How to do that either in PHP and/or htaccess ? (I'm very bad at htaccess so I prefer php).

  Hi, I've seen an interesting image hover effect being used a lot lately and was wondering whether anyone has any tips or advice on how best to create this effect? What I'd like to create is a hover effect, so that when you hover over an image, the image fades and a magnifying glass or similar icon fades in. If I implement Forms-Based Authentication on the 10 pages, will it also spread across the public part of the website too? i.e. changes in web.config.
