  Hi, I have created an application to interact with Excel in C#.net The API to save the Excel Excel._Workbook m_oWorkBook; m_oWorkBook.Save(); Throws up a File Saveas MessageBox though the workbook was already saved in a given name. Note: This happens only in Windows 7 & only when another Workbook was already opened. Any clues.

UPDATE: Good call on the lack of information. The utility spits out a series of strings, and this is supposed to be complete portable across Mac/Windows/Linux. I'm not very saavy in flash so this may be a simple question.. but how do you make a "movie-less" flash file? Is it possible to just embed an actionscript file? It also should have a serialVersionUID. If someone knows that this object will never be serialized should he define it or add an annotation to suppress those warnings? What would you do and why?   I have a childwindow with a number of Textboxes, Comboboxes, and DatePickers. I want to know if a user has changed any value in these (to know if I need to save to db) One way I could think of doing this are in the 'on chg' event handlers and set bool. But if a user changes the value, in say a combobox, then changes back to the original this would still be seen as a change. Are there other alternatives?
