    After looking around I can't find a simple answer to this problem. I am trying to create an MSBuild file to allow me to easily use SpecFlow and NUnit within Visual Studio 2010 express.     Let's say I have a collection of PDF files with the following paths: /some/path/pdfs/birds/duck.pdf /some/path/pdfs/birds/goose.pdf /some/path/pdfs/insects/fly.pdf /some/path/pdfs/insects/mosquito.pdf What I'd like to do is generate thumbnails for each PDF that respect the relative path structure, and output to another location, i.e.: /another/path/thumbnails/birds/duck.png /another/path/thumbnails/birds/goose.png /another/path/thumbnails/insects/fly.png /another/path/thumbnails/insects/mosquito.png I'd like this to be done in Ant. Assume I'm going to use Ghostscript on the command line and I've already worked out the call to GS: <exec executable="${ghostscript.executable.name}"> <arg value="-q"/> <arg value="-r72"/> <arg value="-sDEVICE=png16m"/> <arg value="-sOutputFile=${thumbnail.image.path}"/> <arg value="${input.pdf.path}"/> </exec> So what I need to do is work out the correct values for ${thumbnail.image.path} and ${input.pdf.path} while traversing the PDF input directory. I have access to ant-contrib (just installed the "latest", which is 1.0b3) and I'm using Ant 1.8.0. I think I can make something work using the <for> task, <fileset>s and <mapper>s, but I am having trouble putting it all together.     Upon compiling, I am getting the following error: C:\UDK\UDK-2010-03\Development\Src\FixIt\Classes\ZInteraction.uc(41) : Error, Unrecognized member 'OpenMenu' in class 'GameUISceneClient' Line 41 is the following: GetSceneClient().OpenMenu("ZInterface.ZNLGWindow"); But when I search for OpenMenu, I find that it is indeed defined in GameUISceneClient.uc of the UDK: Line 1507: exec function OpenMenu( string MenuPath, optional int PlayerIndex=INDEX_NONE ) It looks like I have everything correct. So what's wrong? Why can't it find the OpenMenu function?

    I'm making a C Assessment Program through Java, which has a bunch of programming questions for C, and it lets the user input an answer in the form of C code, and then press a "Compile" button, which is linked to a bat file that runs the user input code through gcc. I've got the input and compiling working, but I need to get the output from the compiler and get that to print textarea within the program. Also, how would I get the output of the compiler if the compile fails because of an error? The way I've got it in my batch file at the moment doesn't put anything in a text file if it fails.

  • How to get NHProf reports in TeamCity running MSBUILD

    I'm trying to get NHProf reports on my integration tests as a report in TeamCity I'm not sure how to get this set up correctly and my first attempts are unsuccessful. Let me know if there is any more information that would be helpful...   • I'm missing something

  • Qt4: QPrinter / QPainter only prints the first document

    The problem is that my application only prints the first document fine. The second document is empty, only the page number is printed, the rest of the page is empty. It will just print an empty page but still with the page number on it. This worked fine before with Qt3.

  • Getting results in a result set from dynamic SQL in Oracle

    This question is similar to a couple others I have found on StackOverflow, but the differences are signficant enough to me to warrant a new question, so here it is: I want to obtain a result set from dynamic SQL in Oracle and then display it as a result set in a SqlDeveloper-like tool, just as if I had executed the dynamic SQL statement directly. This is straightforward in SQL Server, so to be concrete, here is an example from SQL Server that returns a result set in SQL Server Management Studio or Query Explorer: EXEC sp_executesql N'select * from countries' Or more properly: DECLARE @stmt nvarchar(100) SET @stmt = N'select * from countries' EXEC sp_executesql @stmt The question "How to return a resultset / cursor from a Oracle PL/SQL anonymous block that executes Dynamic SQL?" addresses the first half of the problem--executing dynamic SQL into a cursor. The question "How to make Oracle procedure return result sets" provides a similar answer. Web search has revealed many variations of the same theme, all addressing just the first half of my question. I found this post explaining how to do it in SqlDeveloper, but that uses a bit of functionality of SqlDeveloper. I am actually using a custom query tool so I need the solution to be self-contained in the SQL code. This custom query tool similarly does not have the capability to show output of print (dbms_output.put_line) statements; it only displays result sets. Here is yet one more possible avenue using 'execute immediate...bulk collect', but this example again renders the results with a loop of dbms_output.put_line statements. This link attempts to address the topic but the question never quite got answered there either. Assuming this is possible, I will add one more condition: I would like to do this without having to define a function or procedure (due to limited DB permissions). That is, I would like to execute a self-contained PL/SQL block containing dynamic SQL and return a result set in SqlDeveloper or a similar tool. So to summarize: I want to execute an arbitrary SQL statement (hence dynamic SQL). The platform is Oracle. The solution must be a PL/SQL block with no procedures or functions. The output must be generated as a canonical result set; no print statements. The output must render as a result set in SqlDeveloper without using any SqlDeveloper special functionality. Any suggestions?

  • Problem getting Java Streams in HP Tandem (Non-Stop)

    Hi. We are porting a simple Java application between Tandem NonStop systems, from G-Series to H-Series. Java version is 1.5.0_02. When performing basic I/O tasks like getting output stream from or opening a client socket, we receive exceptions like java.io.IOException: Value out of range or java.net.SocketException: Value out of range ("value out of range" is Tandem native jargon for, well, quite everything I suppose). Has anybody got similar issues? i.e. I/O corruption while for example messing with JNI? I suppose there is something wrong with the system, but where might it be? Thank you.   • Unable to capture standard output of process using Boost.Process

    Currently am using Boost.Process from the Boost sandbox, and am having issues getting it to capture my standard output properly; wondering if someone can give me a second pair of eyeballs into what I might be doing wrong. I'm trying to take thumbnails out of RAW camera images using DCRAW (latest version), and capture them for conversion to QT QImage's. Currently, if I comment out the following line: args.push_back("-c"); then the thumbnail is written by DCRAW to the source directory with a name of CFK_2439.thumb.jpg, which proves to me that the process is getting invoked with the right arguments. What's not happening is connecting to the output pipe properly. FWIW: I'm performing this test on Windows XP under Eclipse 3.5/Latest MingW (GCC 4.4).
