  • AS3: How to get fullscreen and keyboard input?

    Since flash doesn't allow keyboard input while in fullscreen mode I'm wondering if there is a workaround to that? I have a flash that is going to run fullscreen in a browser and needs different kinds of keyboard input. I have read something about AIR, but I don't fully understand it and would like another way if thats even possible. Anybody knows?

    Hi, I'm trying to modified the way TimePicker works as asked in my question here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2580216/android-timepicker-minutes-to-15 To be able to do that I need to know if the + and - button was clicked and to disable the input field. So can I target the elements in a TimePicker? (i.e the + and - button and the input field)? Also is there anyway to determine if the + or the - button was clicked? Thanks, Tee

  • Dynamically inserted input elements not showing up in ActionResult's FormCollection parameter

    I am adding input elements to a view, dynamically, using JavaScript. But I am unable to find those inputs in my ActionResult's FormCollection parameter...: public ActionResult Del(FormCollection fc) I am able to find static input elements in the View. And using FireBug in Mozilla FireFox, I can see that the inputs are inside of the form element, in the DOM, and are not floating around somewhere random. How can I access these inputs?

    Is mysql_real_escape_string sufficient for cleaning user input in most situations? ::EDIT:: I'm thinking mostly in terms of preventing SQL injection but I ultimately want to know if I can trust user data after I apply mysql_real_escape_string or if I should take extra measures to clean the data before I pass it around the application and databases. I see where cleaning for HTML chars is important but I wouldn't consider it necessary for trusting user input. T

This will cause any invalid input to be rejected automatically (example, I type alphabetical characters instead of numeric digits).     I have input boxes with a height of 25 pixels. In Firefox, Safari and IE8 automatically vertically align the text of it in the middle correctly. However in IE6 and IE7 the text is aligned to the top. How may I resolve this? Adding padding-top increased the total height of the input as I have explicitly declared its height. I don't wish to use browser specific CSS. Thanks.
