I was wondering what's the usual way to do such lookups from Java code.     i use open-search server(http://www.open-search-server.com/) for indexing and searching. i am having problem in highlighting in other languages like hindi or example i searched for "??????" and it returned like "...????? ...Tagalog...Türkçe...??????????...????????...?????...??????...????...Ti?ng Vi?t...??(??)?...??(??)?...???...???..." see the "??????" is splighted and shown like this ??????. is there any way to over come this or turn off this highlighted feature

  • mysql bug database error

    Why is that when I search a row in my database, it ended up 0 results? In fact, there are rows that meet my search criterion when I view them manually, but the search button doesnt work as it is. Heres how you can see there are rows that have '0000-00-00 00:00:00' in them, but when I used the search feature, it ended up like this: take note that Im entering it in the right field which is 'AcctStopTime'. TIA

    I am developing a web application. I am using Eclipse as IDE. I was using generic and for each loop, both being feature of java 1.5, and it compiled quite fine when used in backend means in simple java classes. But when I'm using these on jsp, jsp is failing to compile with error showing generic and for each as culprit. Can you shed some light on this? Maybe I am at fault with Eclipse settings?

    I find that I now often work with code bases that have different amounts of indentation. Some use 2 spaces, some use 4 space, some even use tabs! Once in a while, I have to share code between these codebases, or, sometimes I use an incorrect amount of indentation by mistake. Is there a tool or a text editor feature that will convert between different amounts of indentation?
