    My html webpage calls php script to upload files to the server from a local computer as follows. <form enctype="multipart/form-data" action="upload.php" method="POST"> <p><b><h3> <font color="#003366"> (1) Upload your reading text file. </font> </h3> </b> </p> <INPUT type="file" name="uploaded" size="50" > <br/> <input type="submit" name="files" value="upload"> </form> In order to process with an uploaded file, my php script calls shell script $output=system('/bin/sh connector_0.sh'); and my shell script is composed of a series of python/perl scripts. #!/bin/sh python main_senselearner_final_0.py senseLearner.pl -i Uploaded_Files/slinput_0.txt -o Uploaded_Files/presloutput_0 .txt -model modelNNCollocations -model modelJJCollocations -model modelVBColloc ations -pos python smutngslout_0.py python genhtml_0.py Now, the problem is the following: all python scripts in shell script worked fine through php. But perl script didn't work. When I run shell script by myself in my server, all four scripts in shell worked perfectly. However, when I run shell script from php, only perl script doesn't work.     I using a Sharepoint 2007 and TFS 2010. I installed all with reports sharepoint integration but when i try create a TeamProject Collections always return this warning: Server was unable to process request. --- TF250029: No user was found within the context of a Web site. Verify that the site does not allow anonymous access. And in sharepoint web applications tfs console window when check my sharepoint portal /sites return a error saying is blocked by firewall or server extensions is not installed, but i have all ok. Anyone can helpme, please.

Need to leave the terminal / netowrk hiccups Process lost Would be nice if: Started a process outside of screen Realize error Run screen <magic-goes-here> and it grabs the active process to itself From the man pages and --help info, I don't see a way this can be done. Is this possible directly with screen? If not, is it possible to change the owning shell of a process, so that the bash (or other shell of your choosing) instance inside screen can have a command run which will change the parent shell of the initial process to itself from the originator?

  • Unable to connect to Amazon EC2 without using PPK file

    I have a build job which runs on Hudson and synchronizes content from an Amazon AWS server. This is written in shell I have a PPK file given to me which can establish the connectivity Here is the problem. The build script I use doesn't establish the connectivity in the code. So, I manually connect the host thro the PPK file using Putty and then run the job, then it works fine I am new to the shell stuff. Could someone help me out by suggesting how I can establish connectivity using the PPK file in the shell so I do not have to do it manually thro Putty? Thanks, Krishna

  • Changing LDAP schema casts Confluence AD integration unoperable

    I have had our instance of Atlassian Confluence configured to be integrated with our Active Directory. In AD, all the users were being created under default Users folder in Active Directory Users and Computers. We have decided to introduce cleaner separation and have created an Organizational Units structure in AD. Under root we have created Managed OU, and under it - Users OU and all user accounts were moved under Users OU. Now I though that to let the Confluence AD integration engine "know" where to look for user accounts now, I only need to adjust the BaseDN and prepand it with ou=Managed so it is aware that it is looking for cn=Users but under ou=Managed. That didn't work. How should I adjust LDAP schema root in a client application for it to be able to look for users in OU that then in a default folder.

    Hi there, I've been a linux user for years. Very used to the bash shell, used to linux shell key mappings that come with most mainstream distros. I'm also a happy vim user in linux & love my arrow keys. Just started a job where 90% of the systems are solaris & the default shell for administrators is ksh. The key mappings, things like autocomplete & history not working they way they should and is driving me insane. I've been told that i can change solaris bash, but it still doesn't feel like linux. How do I make things run they way I'm used to? Can someone please put me in the right direction.

    When I connect to remote machine uisng ssh, by default it is not on bash prompt. To get bash prompt by default on login I did as below by create .cshrc file in my home directory if ($?prompt) then setenv SHELL /bin/bash exec $SHELL -login endif It works well and I am getting bash shell but I have another file as .bashrc in my home directory which gets executed when i run bash explicitly and I have done lot of customization in this file as per my requirement. Is it possible to get my .bashrc executed somehow from .cshrc or some other way? For example I need to go connect to host B from host A, I do this From A - ssh B this brings host B but not with bash prompt. To get bash prompt I created .cshrc as mentioned above but my above code snippet does not call my .bashrc script.

  • Where's my tab completion and up-arrow behavior? (Ubuntu 10.04)

    I'm new to Linux, trying Ubuntu 10.04, preconfigured by host. When I log in (SSH) using the preconfigured account, the shell prompt is: user@hostname:~$ The up arrow scrolls through the list of recent shell commands, and tab-completion works as expected. However, when I create an account and log in (SSH) using that account, the shell prompt is simply "$", and the up arrow just prints a control character (^[[A). Can anyone tell me how to get my prompt, tab-completion, and up-arrow behavior set up? The fact that I'm getting control characters when I up-arrow makes me think that my account (or session) is in some mode I'm unfamiliar with. I know there is tab-completion code stored in bashrc that I can uncomment, but that doesn't seem to have any effect, even after logging out and logging back in. Am I in some strange mode when I SSH in with the new account, or are there just some session/account settings I need to set up, and can find information for anywhere on the Internet if I just knew what to look for?

    Hi all, I've bought a wildcard ssl certificate from a company, i sent them the csr file and they send me two certificate files namely CA.txt and com_sertificate. I've searched on web and find some tutorials about tomcat and ssl but i can not accomplish with these two files. All that tutorials mention about different files that i don't have. (I asked about this process to the company that i bought certificates but they said they don't have any knowledge about tomcat integration) Is there anyone that has an idea about this? p.s I'm using ubuntu 8.04 server, Java 1.6 and tomcat 6

  • Filtering GridViewComboBoxColumn in RadGridView for WPF

    The GridViewComboBox column is used to display lookup data in user friendly manner. For our demo we bind RadGridView for WPF to a collection of custom Location objects. As you may notice – each location has a selectable Country field.  Here is the underlying ‘data model’: public class Location {  public int CountryID { get; set; }  public string CityName { get; set; } } public class Country {  public int ID { get; set; }  public string Name { get; set; } }   The location object contains the integer CountryID. Each CountryID corresponds to a certain country and with the help of GridViewComboBoxColumn we see some human readable country names instead of the underlying numeric IDs.   • Centralizing a resource file among multiple projects in one solution (C#/WPF)

    One of the challenges one faces when doing multi language support in WPF is when one has several projects in one solution (i.e. a business layer & ui layer) and you want multi language support. Typically each solution would have a resource file – meaning if you have 3 projects in a solution you will have 3 resource files.   For me this isn’t an ideal solution, as you normally want to send the resource files to a translator and the more resource files you have, the more fragmented the dictionary will be and the more complicated it will be for the translator. This can easily be overcome by creating a single project that just holds your translation resources and then exposing it to the other projects as a reference as explained in the following steps. Step 1 Step 1 -  Add a class library to your solution that will contain just the resource files. Your solution will now have an additional project as illustrated below. Step 2 Reference this project to the other projects. Step 3 Move all the resources from the other resource files to the translation projects resource file. Step 4 Set the translations projects resource files access modifier to public. Step 5 Reference all other projects to use the translation resource file instead of their local resource file. To do this in xaml you would need to expose the project as a namespace at the top of the xaml file… note that the example below is for a project called MaxCutLanguages – you need to put the correct project name in its place.   xmlns:MaxCutLanguages="clr-namespace:MaxCutLanguages;assembly=MaxCutLanguages"   And then in the actual xaml you need to replace any text with a reference to the resource file. <TextBlock Text="{x:Static MaxCutLanguages:Properties.Resources.HelloWorld}"/> End Result You can now delete all the resource files in the other projects as you now have one centralized resource file.

    I installed gnome tweak tool, and am trying to set up custom themes and whatnot. So, trying to install gnome-shell-extensions-user-theme. me@computer:~$ sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-extensions-user-theme [sudo] password for me: Reading package lists...   • perl dynamic path given to 'use lib'

    So, my code (Perl scripts and Perl modules) sits in a tree like this: trunk/ util/ process/ scripts/ The 'util' directory has, well, utilities, that things in the 'process/' dir need. They get access like this: use FindBin; use lib "$FindBin::Bin/../util"; use UtilityModule qw(all); That construct doesn't care where you start, as long as you're at the same level in the tree as "util/". But I decided that 'scripts/' was getting too crowded, so I created scripts/scripts1 scripts/scripts2 Now I see that this doesn't work. If I run a script 'trunk/scripts/scripts1/call_script.pl', and it calls '/trunk/process/process_script.pl', then 'process_script.pl' will fail trying to get the routines from UtilityModule(), because the path that FindBin returns is the path of the top-level calling script. The first ten ways I thought of to solve this all involved something like: use lib $path_that_came_from_elsewhere; but that seems to be something Perl doesn't like to do, except via that FindBin trick. I tried some things involving BEGIN{} blocks, but i don't really know what I'm doing there, and will likely just end up refactoring. But if someone has some clever insight into this type of problem, this would be a good chance to earn some points!

  • How to emulate "-lib foo.jar" from _within_ build.xml

    By specifying "-lib foo.jar" to ant I get the behaviour that the classes in foo.jar is added to the ant classloader and are available for various tasks taking a class name argument. I'd like to be able to specify the same behaviour but only from inside build.xml (so we can do this on a vanilla ant). For taskdefs we have functioning code looking like: <taskdef resource="net/sf/antcontrib/antlib.xml" description="for/foreach tasks"> <classpath> <pathelement location="${active.workspace}/ant-contrib-1.X/lib/ant-contrib.jar" /> </classpath> </taskdef> where the definition is completely provided from the ant-contrib.jar listed. What is the equivalent mechanism for the "global" ant classpath? (I have thought out that this is the way to get <javac> use ecj-3.5.jar to compile with on a JRE - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2364006/specifying-the-eclipse-compiler-completely-from-within-build-xml - in a way compatible with ant 1.7. Better suggestions are welcome :) EDIT: It appears that the about-to-be-released version 1.0 of ant4eclipse includes ecj. This does not answer the question, but may solve my basic problem.

  • LNK2001: What have I forgotton to set?

    Following on from my previous question regarding debugging of native code, I decided to create a simple test from a console app as I wasn't getting anywhere with debugging the service directly. So I created a vc6 console app, added the dll project to the workspace and ran it. Instead of executing as expected it spat out the following linker errors: main.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "int __stdcall hmDocumentLAdd(char *,char *,long,char *,char *,long,long,long,long *)" (?hmDocumentLAdd@@YGHPAD0J00JJJPAJ@Z) main.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "int __stdcall hmGetDocBasePath(char *,long)" (?hmGetDocBasePath@@YGHPADJ@Z) Debug/HazManTest.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 2 unresolved externals This seems to be a simple case of forgetting something in the linker options: However everything seems to be normal, and the lib file, dll and source is available. If I change the lib file to load to nonsense it kicks up the fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "asdf.lib", so that isn't a problem. I have previously linked to dll and they have just worked, so what I have forgotton to do?

  • Using Find/Replace with regular expressions inside a SSIS package

    Another one of those might-be-useful-again-one-day-so-I’ll-share-it-in-a-blog-post blog posts I am currently working on a SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 2012 implementation where each package contains a parameter called ETLIfcHist_ID: During normal execution this will get altered when the package is executed from the Execute Package Task however we want to make sure that at deployment-time they all have a default value of –1. Of course, they tend to get changed during development so I wanted a way of easily changing them all back to the default value. Opening up each package in turn and editing them was an option but given that we have over 40 packages and we might want to carry out this reset fairly frequently I needed a more automated method so I turned to Visual Studio’s Find/Replace… feature Of course, we don’t know what value will be in that parameter so I can’t simply search for a particular value; hence I opted to use a regular expression to identify the value to be change. In the rest of this blog post I’ll explain how to do that. I have also highlighted two portions identified by pairs of curly braces “{…}”; these are important because they pick out the two portions either side of the value I want to replace, in other words the portions highlighted here: <DTS:PackageParameters>     <DTS:PackageParameter       DTS:CreationName=""       DTS:DataType="3"       DTS:Description="InterfaceHistory_ID: used for Lineage"       DTS:DTSID="{635616DB-EEEE-45C8-89AA-713E25846C7E}"       DTS:ObjectName="ETLIfcHist_ID">       <DTS:Property         DTS:DataType="3"         DTS:Name="ParameterValue">VALUE_TO_BE_CHANGED</DTS:Property>     </DTS:PackageParameter> Those sections in the curly braces are termed tag expressions and can be identified in the replace expression using a backslash and a number identifying which tag expression you’re referring to according to its ordinal position. Hence, our replace expression is simply: \1-1\2 We’re saying the portion of our file identified by the regular expression should be replaced by the first curly brace section, then the literal –1, then the second curly brace section. Make sense? Give it a go yourself by plugging those two expressions into Visual Studio’s Find and Replace dialog. If you set it to look in “All Open Documents” then you can open up the code-behind of all your packages and change all of them at once. The Find and Replace dialog will look like this: That’s it! I realise that not everyone will be looking to change the value of a parameter but hopefully I have shown you a technique that you can modify to work for your own scenario. Given that this blog post is, y’know, on the web I have no doubt that someone is going to find a fault with my find regex expression and if that person is you….that’s OK. Let me know about it in the comments below and perhaps we can work together to come up with something better! Note that some parameters may have a different set of properties (for example some, but not all, of my parameters have a DTS:Required attribute) so your find regular expression may have to change accordingly.     In a WPF MVVM application, I exposed my model object into my viewModel by creating an instance of Model class (which cause dependency) into ViewModel. Instead of creating separate VM properties, I wrap the Model properties inside my ViewModel Property.     I have a wpf MVVM application , I exposed my model object into my viewModel by creating an instance of Model class (which cause dependency) into ViewModel , and instead of creating seperate VM properties , I wrap the Model properties inside my ViewModel Property. My model is just an entity framework generated proxy classes.     I'm looking to do Authorize.net payment integration with a website using PHP. My questions are: 1) Where I can find a tutorial, development guide, and/or code samples for doing this with PHP. 2) Is it possible to obtain a test account to do the integration like Paypal's sandbox, or does one need to have a live account to which you can pass an additional parameter to indicate the transaction is a test one?     Appears that WAS does not support the integration binding. I've tried setting it up by enabling the net.msmq protocol in WAS just to confirm it to no avail. Has anyone gotten this to work and if not, what are you using to host integration services? I'm leaning towards a Windows Service.
