• Converting AES encryption token code in C# to php

  Hello, I have the following .Net code which takes two inputs. 1) A 128 bit base 64 encoded key and 2) the userid. It outputs the AES encrypted token. I need the php equivalent of the same code, but dont know which corresponding php classes are to be used for RNGCryptoServiceProvider,RijndaelManaged,ICryptoTransform,MemoryStream and CryptoStream. • Problem simulating HTTP POST using HttpClient

  I am trying to programatically send a HTTP Post request using HttpClient to http://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/en/s/planjourney/query but it is not liking the request I send it. • DirectX works for 64-bit but not 32-bit

  I'm trying to play a game (Civilization 5) which was previously working but no longer. I believe I've narrowed it down to a DirectX issue because I get an error running dxdiag.exe in 32 bit mode. My goal (at least I believe) is to get Direct3D Acceleration "Enabled" in dxdiag (as it is in 64 bit dxdiag). Like other users in that thread, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Direct3D\Drivers does not have a SoftwareOnly key to change. I even tried manually adding it as a string and dword, to no avail. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M, and before you ask, yes I've tried updating (also uninstalling, reinstalling) my drivers. I've also tried doing the same with DirectX (and Civilization 5 for that matter). Been debugging for some 4+ hours now after a full day of work and I've run out of ideas. I'm hoping somebody knows the solution here! :) Here's what I see when I open dxdiag: DxDiag has detected that there mgiht have been a problem accessing Direct3D the last time this program was used. Would you like to bypass Direct3D this time?   I'm trying to create a form that will send an email with an attached image and am running into some problems. The form I am creating is rather large so I have created a small test form for the purpose of this question. The email will send and the attachment will exist on the email, but the image is corrupt or something as it is not viewable. Also.. I do not want to save the image to the filesystem. You may think it is convoluted to take the image file from the fileupload to a stream, but this is due to the fact that the real form I am working on will allow multiple files to be added through a single fileupload and will be saved in session, thus the images will not be coming from the fileupload control directly on submit. The servet class is in the appropriate folder (i.e under the package name). I also added the jar files needed in my servlet into lib folder. the web.xml file maps the url and defines the servlet. I am trying to write a Java program that tries to scan a Directory full of either .txt,.rtf or.doc files(and none other). The aim is to search all the files in the directory, and find out if a particular string exists in the file. If it does, it returns the string and the filename that it found the string in. The aim of this program is, it is a project for school wherein the program scans the personal folders of call center employees to check if they have stored any CC/DC nos and if yes, report the folder name - to reduce CC fraud. The search function was fairly straight forward and works when I individually specify the filename. However, the searching the directory and passing the files to the search function has me stumped. • Servlet stops without giving any exception

  Hi, I have implemented a Servlet hosted on Tomcat 6 server on Mandriva Linux. I have been able to make the client communicate with the Servlet. In response to a request the Servlet tries to instantiate a another class (named KalmanFilter) located in the same directory. The KalmanFilter tries to create four Matrices (using Jama Matrix package). But at this point Servlet stops without giving any exception ! However, from another test code in the same directory I have been able to create instance of KalmanFilter class, and proceed without any error. The problem occurs only when my Servlet tries to instantiate the KalmanFilter class and create the matrices. Any idea?   I would like to write some test/emulation code that emulates a serial port connection. The real code looks like this: DUT <- UART - testtool.exe My plan is to use create a test application (CodeUnderTest.out) on linux that forks to launch testool.out with two (read & write) named pipes as arguments. But I cannot figure out how to make all the pipe IO non-blocking! The setup would look like this:. CodeUnderTest.out <- named pipes - testTool.out (lauched from CodeUnderTest.out) I have tried opening the pipes as following: open(wpipe,O_WRONLY|O_NONBLOCK); open(rpipe,O_RDONLY|O_NONBLOCK); But the write blocks until the reader opens the wpipe. • Unable to launch onscreen keyboard (osk.exe) from a 32-bit process on Win7 x64

  90% of the time I am unable to launch osk.exe from a 32bit process on Win7 x64. Originally the code was just using: Process.Launch("osk.exe"); Which won't work on x64 because of the directory virtualization. Not a problem I thought, I'll just disable virtualization, launch the app, and enable it again, which I thought was the correct way to do things. • WinMo > ASMX WebException - how to get details?

  Okay, we've got an application which consists of a website hosting several ASMX webservices, and a handheld application running on WinMo 6.1 which calls the webservices. Been developing in the office, everything works perfect. Now we've gone to install it at the client's and we got all the servers set up and the handhelds installed. However the handhelds are now no longer able to connect to the webservice. I added in extra code in my error handler to specifically trap WebException exceptions and handle them differently in the logging to put out extra information (.Status and .Response). I am getting out the status, which is returning a [7], or ProtocolError. However when I try to read out the ResponseStream (using WebException.Response.GetResponseStream), it is returning a stream with CanRead set to False, and I thus am unable to get any further details of what is going wrong. So I guess there are two things I am asking for help with... a) Any help with trying to get more information out of the WebException? b) What could be causing a ProtocolError exception? Things get extra complicated by the fact that the client has a full-blown log-in-enabled proxy setup going on-site. This was stopping all access to the website initially, even from a browser. So we entered in the login details in the network connection for HTTP on the WinMo device. Now it can get to websites fine. In fact, I can even pull up the webservice fine and call the methods from the browser (PocketIE). So I know the device is able to see the webservices okay via HTTP. But when trying to call them from the .NET app, it throws ProtocolError [7]. Here is my code which is logging the exception and failing to read out the Response from the WebException.
