Friends, I am trying to convert DO to DTO using java and looking for automated tool before start writing my own. I just wanted to know if there any free tool available for the same.
Hello everybody.
Public web-site provides list of employees to Internet visitors. Contact information is hidden but visitor can send email via popup email-form.
What do you think about automated-scripts/viruses/bot spam activity? Is Capture a "must" for this functionality and what kind of precautions can you suggest also?
Thank you in advance
How to detect a column included in WHERE clause but used in indexed?
Little Background:
Until the time the table has few number of records things will be okay, once it started having millions of records then index should be created for a column which is used in WHERE clauses in stored procs, inline queries etc.,
Since we have hundreds of stored procs and queries that often gets changed by the devs I wanted to have a automated way of identifying those columns that are used in WHERE clauses but not an index is created. How to do that in SQL SERVER 2008?
I am able to establish the initial telnet session. But from this session I need to create a second. Basically I can not telnet directly to the device I need to access. Interactively this is not an issue but I am attempting to setup an automated test using python.
Does anyone know who to accomplish this?
I have a number of modules in CVS with different tags. How would I go about getting the name of the branch these tagged files exist on? I've tried checking out a file from the module using cvs co -r TAG and then doing cvs log but it appears to give me a list of all of the branches that the file exists on, rather than just a single branch name.
Also this needs to be an automated process, so I can't use web based tools like viewvc to gather this info.
We use Xunit.net as our unit test framework for use on our .NET4 assemblies. We have it integrated into our TFS 2010 team builds quite successfully.
I now want to add code coverage to the nightly builds as well.
Does anyone have a list of coverage tools that work on 4.0 assemblies and could be integrated into our automated builds?
I want to develop a Web applications to collect or exchange sensitive or personal data, this system would give user a detailed automated report on :
• How secure user's website is?
• How easily it can be hacked?
• Where exactly is the problem and
• What are the remedies?
Any suggestions????
Is it possible to build a VS2008 solution (C# and VC++ projects) using the automated MSBuild built into TFS2010? When I niavely just run it, the build fails because the 2008 Solution file needs to be upgraded (and presumably so would the project files). Can I tell MSBuild 2010 to just build the 2008 files?
When I add a reference to my project, I usually want to use Specific Version = FALSE. This is because our automated build will set the version number. I see the default behavior is to be TRUE.
Is there a way to change this? Counting on manually changing that value is error prone (and I end up breaking the build).
Hi.
Tumblr and other blogging websites allows people to post embeded codes of videos from youtube and all video networks.
but how they filter only the flash object code and remove any other html or scripts? and even they have an automated code that informes you this is not a valid video code.
Is this done using REGEX expressions? And Is there a PHP class to do that?
Thanks
I am looking to setup a automated screen scraper that will run on Google app engine using python. I want it to scrape the site and put the specified results into a Entity in app engine. I am looking for some directions on what to use. I have seen beautifulsoup but wonder if people could recommend anything else that could run on Google App engine.
First of all I don't know if it this question belongs here if not please tell me.
I've recently evolved from freelancer to a small .net/php development shop and we're trying to figure out what the best tools for team development will be (code repository, continuos integration server, automatedtesting, etc.).
Do you have some recommendations, preferible open source or low cost since we are starting out. (We already have visual studio for all the team members).
Thanks
Hi,
I am trying to workup an automated tool for SharePoint interaction through a Powershell script. Am running into a SharePoint.dll not found issue and upon looking it up(including previous posts in StackOverflow), it seems its available in the server. I do not have access to a Sharepoint installation at the moment. Is there some place I could download it or if any one had access to a copy can it be shared?
Thanks
Barun
I would like to ask the proactive (or paranoid;) among us: What are you looking for, and how?
I'm thinking mainly about things that can be watched for programaticaly, rather than manually inspecting logs.
For example:
- Manual/automated hack attempts
- Data skimming
- Bot registrations (that have evaded captcha etc.)
- Other unwanted behaviour
Just wondering what most people would consider practical and effective..
I have a c# code that connects remotely to a winServer2008 machine (with a local user of that machine).
How do I configure via automated code the logon script that will be executed as soon as the connection is established ?
Hey,
Currently i try to create some of my database export work more automated and i decided to go with exporting data from MySql database to .doc file in php.
So im doing some database work and store complete html to a $str variable and then write/make new file:
$fp = fopen($file, 'w+');
fwrite($fp,$str);
fclose($fp);
The problem here is not creating .doc file, but when i download and view that .doc file it's not in UTF-8 it's in unicode.
I'm looking for an equivalent of PerlCritic for PHP. PerlCritc is a static source code analyzer that qritiques code and warns about everything from unused variables, to unsafe ways to handle data to almost anything.
Is there such a thing for PHP that could (preferably) be run outside of an IDE, so that source code analysis could be automated?
A process running on my machine collects data from various websites and stores it in the local mysql db. Same data is exported using SELECT INTO OUTFILE and FTPed to the shared host every few hours. My hosting provider doesn't allow LOAD DATA INFILE to be executed on the shared host? What are my other options for automated/scheduled load to MYSQL db on my shared host?
I have 1000+ access files. Each file has a query named "overview" that has the same fields in each of the 1000 files. I need to import the results of these 1000+ overview queries into one single access db and append them into one table. Is there an automated way to do this? Thanks very much.
Is there any plugin available for Eclipse or Netbeans or any other IDE which can help me generate the hbm.xml by directly reading the schema from the database.
Writing those XMLs seem to be unnecessary waste of time, and feel it should be automated.
How can I run multiple copies of the same app in Debug with Visual Studio? For instance, how do I run app.exe /option1 and app.exe /option2 and still debug both? I know I can run them manually and then attach, but I want an automated solution.
I have tried writing a small console app just to run 2 processes, but obviously they are not being run under debugger. Any ideas?
Is there any way to properly integrate Subversion control into VS2008? I'm currently using the TortoiseSVN shell extensions, but I keep forgetting to check in new files and it's easy to get in a confused mess.
On another project I use VS2008 with SourceSafe, and it's really nice having most things automated or controlled simply by using VS in its normal way.
I will be uploading my website to a VPS soon. It is a classifieds website which uses Solr integrated with MySql.
Solr is updated whenever a new classified is put or deleted.
I need a way to make the commit() and optimize() be automated, for example once every 3 hours or so.
How can I do this? (Details Please)
When is it ideal to optimize?
Thanks

{
messagebox.show(ex.message);
