Recently I typed in ezplot('x^y - y^x', [-100 100 -100 100]); and this is what I got; Can anyone please tell me whatever is happening ? for lower scaling of x and y ( [ -10 10 -10 10]) there are more patterns in the 2nd 3rd and 4th quadrants. Am I being neurotic in trying to find a way to optimize this? I may be working on a function and put in a half-dozen or so of those lines, figure out why it's not working, and then cut them out again. Have you developed an efficient way of doing that?   Hi All. I'm using windows XP , hebrew version. I am trying to save an AVI file using the Video For Windows API in C++, when I run the AviSaveOptions() function, the dialog opens as a thin unclickable strip at the corner of the screen. Would it have anything to do with the language (Hebrew)? maybe with the vfw driver itself? what might cause a windows dialog window to be distorted/invisible? thanks Roey

• Design question: Should the client both create the session and the socket?

  I have three classes: Client Session Socket Both Session & Socket depeand on the Client to create both objects. A Session depeands on a Socket and no sockets are created without a session. Should the Client have a function that creates a Session pubically and a Socket privately? Doesn't it violate the law of demeter?
