• Is there a better tool than postcat for viewing postfix mail queue files?

  So I got a call early this morning about a client needing to see what email they have waiting to be delivered sitting in our secondary mail server. Their link for the main server had (still is) been down for two days and they needed to see their email. So I wrote up a quick Perl script to use mailq in combination with postcat to dump each email for their address into separate files, tar'd it up and sent it off. Horrible code, I know, but it was urgent. My solution works OK in that it at least gives a raw view, but I thought tonight it would be nice if I had a solution where I could provide their email attachments and maybe remove some "garbage" header text as well. Most of the important emails seem to have a PDF or similar attached. I've been looking around but the only method of viewing queue files I can see is the postcat command, and I really don't want to write my own parser - so I was wondering if any of you have already done so, or know of a better command to use? • Simple way of getting the Last.fm artist image for recently listened songs?

  On the Last.fm website, your recently listened track include the 34x34 (or whatever size) image at the left of each song. However, in the RSS feed that they give you, no image URLs are provided for the songs. I was wondering if there was a good way of figuring out the ID for the image that needs to be used for that artist and displaying it based on the data that we're given. I know it is possible to load the artist page from their website and then grab the image values from JavaScript, but that seems overly complicated and would probably take quite some time to do.   Wait, I know! I know that this "syntax highlight in textarea"-question was raised like a million times on stackoverflow! But, please, listen. offtopic: I'm not a web-developer, and technically I'm not a programmer at all. I study mechatronics and deal mostly with control-engineering and digital-hardware. And I'm so pissed off that whenever I want to share some application (that would be helpful in my field) and embed it into the web, I need to know such a crazy amount of technologies, like html, css, javascript, flash, etc.. that takes time, which I could have been spending for the benefit of my own field. Right now I'm playing with hardware-description-languages and I'm writing some Python-libraries to convert one HDL into another. And I wanted to embed such feature on the web: http://xhdl2vhdl.appspot.com/ I wanted to implement some basic syntax highlighting (only keywords highlighting will be enough) so that the code could be readable. But the whole idea highlighting something in textarea is not trivial at all. The other difficulty is that the languages I work with are rare, and there are no out-of-box solutions for them.   I'm looking for an example of how to split-out comma-delimited data in a field of one table, and fill in a second table with those individual elements, in order to make a one-to-many relational database schema. • How can I access a parent DOM from an iframe on a different domain?

  I have a website and my domain is registered through Network Solutions. I'm using their Web Forwarding feature which allows me to "mask" my domain so that when a user visits http://lucasmccoy.com they are actually seeing http://lucasmccoy.comlu.com/ through an HTML frame. The advantages of this are that the address bar still shows http://lucasmccoy.com/. The disadvantages are that I cannot directly edit the HTML page in which the frame is owned. For example, I cannot change the page title or favicon. I have tried doing it like so: $(function() { parent.document.title = 'Lucas McCoy'; }); But of course this gives me a JavaScript error: Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL http://lucasmccoy.com/ from frame with URL http://lucasmccoy.comlu.com/. Domains, protocols and ports must match. I looked at this question attempting to do the same thing except the OP has access to the other pages HTML whereas I do not. Is there anyway in JavaScript/jQuery to make a cross-domain request to the DOM when you don't have access to that domain? Or is this something browsers just will not let happen for security reasons.

• BB Code Parser (in formatting phase) with jQuery jammed due to messed up loops most likely

  Greetings everyone, I'm making a BB Code Parser but I'm stuck on the JavaScript front. I'm using jQuery and the caret library for noting selections in a text field. When someone selects a piece of text a div with formatting options will appear. I have two issues. Issue 1. How can I make this work for multiple textfields? I'm drawing a blank as it currently will detect the textfield correctly until it enters the $("#BBtoolBox a").mousedown(function() { } loop. After entering it will start listing one field after another in a random pattern in my eyes. !!! MAIN Issue 2. I'm guessing this is the main reason for issue 1 as well. When I press a formatting option it will work on the first action but not the ones afterwards. It keeps duplicating the variable parsed. (if I only keep to one field it will never print in the second) Issue 3 If you find anything especially ugly in the code, please tell me how to improve myself. I appriciate all help I can get. • Android Alert Dialog Extract User Choice Radio Button?

  Apologies for any coding ignorance, I am a beginner and am still learning! I am creating a quiz app which reads questions off a SQL database and plots them as points on a google map. As the user clicks each point, an alert dialog appears with radio buttons to answer some question. My radiobuttons are in CustomItemizedOverlay file and when I click submit, I want to be able to send the user choice back to the database, save it and return to the user if their answer is correct. My question is this, how do I pass the user choice out once the submit button has been clicked? I tried making a global variable to read what was selected to no avail.   I've got the above odd error message that I don't understand "value Parsers is not a member of package scala.util.parsing.combinator". I'm trying to learn Parser combinators by writing a C parser step by step. I started at token, so I have the classes: import util.parsing.combinator.JavaTokenParsers object CeeParser extends JavaTokenParsers { def token: Parser[CeeExpr] = ident } abstract class CeeExpr case class Token(name: String) extends CeeExpr This is as simple as I could make it.   I have recently been working with a COM+ component that processes an input XML file, and makes a number of database updates based on the supplied data. Running SQL Profiler with EventClass Exception, and User Error Message selected, I see: Exception Error: 102, Severity: 15, State: 1 User Error Message Incorrect syntax near '3'. However I really want to see the full SQL that is being supplied by the COM+ component. Is there anyway for me using Profiler, or other, for me to intercept the SQL statement that was sent to the SQL Server? This machine is using SQL Server 2005, and the COM+ object is written in Delphi.

  Hello everyone, I am writing a text-based Scrabble implementation for a college project. The specification states that the user's position input must be read from single line, like this: Coordinates of the word's first letter and orientation (<A – P> <1 – 15> <H ou V>): G 5 H G 5 H is the user's input for that particular example. The order, as shown, must be char int char. What is the best way to read the user's input? cin >> row >> column >> orientation will cause crashes if the user screws up. A getline and a subsequent string parser are a valid solution, but represent a bit of work. Is there another, better, way to do this, that I am missing? Thanks for your time!

  Hello I want to put my html navigation in a separate php file so when I need to edit it, I only have to edit it once. The problem starts when I want to add the class active to the active page.
