• TABINDEX not working on HyperLinks

  <asp:HyperLink ID="SignIn" runat="server" CssClass="SignIn" TabIndex="3">Sign In</asp:HyperLink> the problem with the above is that TABINDEX does not work. • overwrite a file which is already used by another process

  I have a web site and i am showing videos to visitors, at the admin side i am filling the form of video and upload video file and sometimes i need to change(update) the video so i update the video by uploading another one, when i create the video in the first time i concatenate a datetime variable with the video name to avoid repeatition(file already exist) and when updatting the video the problem appears.... as if i upload the new video with the previous name so it will replace the previous one and in this case if the video is used by another process it will fail and the second option(which i am already using) is to upload a new video and concatenating new datetime variable with video title, so the previous and the new video will exist in the same directory and in this case i will lose too much space in my server directory as i have unused videos which takes space which in future will cause problem to me in the disk space so how can i solve this problem ?   Hi guys, I have no experience with jquery or javascript for that matter. I am trying to implement this technique to respond to users for errors or messages in general. lights-out-dimmingcovering-background-content-with-jquery This method uses the onclick event and that's not what im after, I have tried to replace .onclick with .load but that doesn't seem to work. I'm after a quick fix as I really don't have the time to learn jquery or its event handlers. The goal is to catch any errors or message's and once these are called the alert box is called without any further actions such as .onclick. I have tried a half dozen quoted-printable parsers, but none handle this correctly. By just removing it, I'm getting the desired effect - but WHY?!

I have an issue that, When there is multiple instances of the plugin on the page, if you click on any <ul> that the plugin has been called on it will put focus on the <input /> in the last <ul> that the plugin has been called on. • MacBook for django development?

  Hi, I'm about to buy a new laptop (Asus G62) to replace my old ubuntu desktop. I will use it mostly for django development (and some legacy win32 stuff in a virtualbox). However, since I will need to do some iPhone development in the near future, I'm starting to think that it might be a wiser to buy a MacBook Pro, instead of the Asus and later a cheap (so to speak...) MacBook. How well suited is a MacBook Pro for Django development? I currently use WingIDE on Linux and love it, how does the Mac version compare to the linux one? Is the Ubuntu - Mac OS transition complicated? Will I be able to leverage my Linux knowledge? OTOH, I'm your average nerd, so I'm not sure if I'm cool enough for a Mac. Besides, having a double chin, a black turtle neck is completely out of question. Thanks in advance!

  Suppose there is an element in XML data: <abc:xyz:name attr="value"/> I'm trying to read it with XmlReader. The problem is that I get XmlException that says The ‘:’ character, hexadecimal value 0x3A, cannot be included in a name I have already declared "abc" namespace. I have also tried adding "abc:xyz" and "xyz" namespaces. But this doesn't help at all. I could replace some text before parsing but there may be some more elegant solution. So what should I do? • Netlogo behaviorspace, How to export each experiment's plot in a separate directory with a unique name? (Answer is by using pathdir extension)

  I have a save-plots function which I call it in my final command of behavior space to export selected plots, I could create unique names for plots so they don't replace each other, for example my output file name for one of the plots is like this: DeathRates, PS true, HCHA false 100,true.csv Let FileNameDeathRates ( word "D: /Results/" "DeathRates, " "PS "PS? ", HCHA " HCHA? MPS "," CV? ".csv" ) So far is good, but I want is to have a directory with name of the experiment and export all plots of that experiment in that directory for example: Let DirName( word "D:/Results/" "PS "PS? ", HCHA " HCHA? MPS "," CV? ) Netlogo already exports plots with proper name and I just want the directory name to be different , and of course prior to the experiment the directory does not exist so the directory should be created first , I could not find a command to create a directory in netlogo without pathdir extension. Any idea on how can I do this? Thanks in advance ;)

• Seam Equivalent of Spring PersistenceUnitPostProcessor

  We have a very comfortable setup using JPA through Spring/Hibernate, where we attach a PersistenceUnitPostProcessor to our entity manager factory, and this post processor takes a list of project names, scans the classpath for jars that contain that name, and adds those jar files for scanning for entities to the persistence unit, this is much more convenient than specifying in persistence.xml since it can take partial names and we added facilities for detecting the different classpath configurations when we are running in a war, a unit test, an ear, etc. Now, we are trying to replace Spring with Seam, and I cant find a facility to accomplish the same hooking mechanism. One Solution is to try and hook Seam through Spring, but this solution has other short-comings on our environment. So my question is: Can someone point me to such a facility in Seam if exists, or at least where in the code I should be looking if I am planning to patch Seam? Thanks.

Having worked with Zend_Db_Table before, I opted to replace references in the Model to the Table API with a custom SQL script to take care of data access duties. Now I'm looking at developing a new application/domain model, and I wanted to get some feedback from people re: their experiences with Zend_Db API vs raw SQL, and use cases where it would be preferable to use the API. From a project perspective, the DB platform is unlikely to change from MySQL - so it doesn't need to be particularly abstract - and I assume writing a custom SQL API will be more performant than the assorted classes the Zend DB API requires.

  With CKEDITOR, when I use JS to get the contents of the Text Editor, I'm getting back: <p>\u000a\u0009&nbsp;ad adad ad asd</p>\u000a When I should have gotten: <p>ad adad ad asd</p> Any idea what's going on here?
