  I'm using wx.AUI and having a bit of a problem managing panes. Once you have created a new pane using AddPane(), what is the syntax to update or change the pane? I've seen the SetPane command but I can't find any examples. Can someone direct me to an example? Or perhaps it makes sense to use some command to delete the pane and create a new one?   I know I can use System.DirectoryServices to roll my own GAL Name/email selector control and I've seen plenty of people explaining the basics of how to do that, but surly someone knows of one that I can download from somewhere. It just seems like a waste to have to remake it when so many people need it. Something remotely similar to Outlooks GAL Select Names dialog. It could be simpler.

  I've noticed that a lot of projects have the following structure: Project-A bin lib src main java RootLevelPackageClass.java I currently use the following convention (as my projects are 100% java): Project-A bin lib src RootLevelPackageClass.java I'm not currently using Maven but am wondering if this is a Maven convention or not or if there is another reason. Can someone explain why the first version is so popular these days and if I should adopt this new convention or not? Chris

• jQuery - resizable + draggable, the scrolling(left,top) is not added

  I have a problem with a dragging and resizable box. It works fine, drags and rezises fine, but i have a container that holds these elements and as soon as I trigger an overflow and attempt to rezise the div it fails and resets backs to container width. http://jsfiddle.net/JTTYM/26/ It seams as the this.scrollLeft and this.scrollTop are not included on drag. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you in advance.

  I would like for someone to explain this to me: function myFunction(array){ array = $.grep(array, function(n,i){return n > 1 }); } var mainArray = [1,2,3]; myFunction(mainArray); document.write(mainArray) // 1,2,3, but i'm expecting 2,3 but if i do something like array[3] = 4; in place of the $.grep line, i get 1,2,3,4. Shouldn't mainArray become the new array created by $.grep?

If I'm going to use Django as a proxy to serve static files in a view, what are the implications? I'm used to serving static files in Apache and configuring that my media is served without any handlers, but what happens if someone starts downloading 500mb through my Django proxy? Will my Django thread be locked for that user until he recieves the 500mb response?
