One of my friend told me that your websites index is visible and its one step away to access the password file and he shows me that very simply using the Google search. How can i prevent this and i am hosting my site with a hosting company and i report about this to them but they simply replied to me still its secure so you no need to worry... am i really don need to worry and continue my site with the visible index of admin page?

  I am newbie in Linux word. I want to implement a bosh server. Because it is hard on Windows platform I decided to deploy it on a Ubuntu virtual machine via vmware. I made installation without problems. I followed the processes on this page. Now I want to test my bosh server with the command sudo bosh or sudo /etc/init.d/bosh start, after typing those I get on the terminal Starting bosh server after, nothing. I looked on the bosh.err file and I see exec: 2: /usr/local/lib/bosh/run-server.js: Permission denied I don? t know why this error with sudo. When I try ls -l /usr/local/lib/bosh/run-server.js it show -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4889 2012-04-01 18:50 /usr/local/lib/bosh/run-server.js How can I make bosh start?

  Gmail has long had a robust system for searching within the subjects and bodies of your emails, now you can search inside select attachments–PDF, Word, and PowerPoint attachments are all searchable. Prior to this update, Gmail could search inside of HTML attachments but lacked more advanced attachment querying abilities. Now when you search your Gmail account you’ll see search results for not only the subject and body contents but also the contents of popular formats like PDF and Word documents. Don’t forget to take advantage of advanced search terms to speed up your query. If you know the information you need is in an attachment but can’t remember which email, include “has:attachment” in your search to only peek inside emails with attachments. • Ubuntu boots into terminal

  When I turn on my computer (a CR-48), I keep loading tty1. I have tried xstart, and all I get is: Fatal server error: Could not create lock file in /tmp/.tX0-lock When I attempted to make the directory (both sudo and not), I received these two errors: sudo: Can't open /var/lib/sudo/don/tty2: Read-only file system (I've gotten other tty's for different virtual terminals) mkdir: cannot create directory '/tmp/tX0-lock': Read-only file system Before I got to the only terminal state, I had the computer moving a few files from a network server to the computer, I put it to sleep without stopping the transfers, and started the computer again away from my home network, and attempted to stop the transfers, the computer than restarted. Running sudo reboot puts me right back in the virtual terminal, and I can't get into any sort of x application.

  i use to have when i have the computer turn on and was idle having more than 2 tasks running at same time.. but now this is not happens and it is enable at maximum of 2 tasks at same time, i don know why. also i was able 2 do that on ubuntu 11.10 not sure if is the same using boinc on ubuntu 11.10. so why this happens? and how can i set up boinc 2 run more than just 2 tasks at same time in ubuntu 12.04 beta?

• Gtk theme change doesn't apply to kde apps?

  I changed the systemwide ambiance theme a bit (specifically the scrollbar css), and this works fine in gtk apps, but in kde apps nothing has changed. They still have the vanilla ambiance look. I tried rebooting too. Btw I've disabled overlay scrollbars. I looked at this question: Why don't Qt4 apps in Lubuntu pick up the GTK theme? and tried setting the Gtk+ theme in qtconfig but that didn't help. The look remains the same. Changing the theme in qtconfig to another one, such as QtCurve, does have an effect though.

  Possible Duplicate: Why don't TITLE tags get indexed in google? Hello there, I have a h1 element on my page which is working great. I have also been using the title attribute on this element which I don't think has been causing much harm at all. My h1 title is "The Great Ocean Road" and the title attribute on that is "Great Ocean Road" - so it's a variation of the h1 text. These are both keywords for the site so i'm hoping it's a good thing for seo. Is that a bad idea do you think? I'm not sure what Search Engines think about using a title attribute or even if they would 'mark me down' for doing it in such a way. Do you think if the h1 text is "The Great Ocean Road", the title attribute should be "The Great Ocean Road" aswell? Thank you in advance

Usually when I pass through this I leave a while or go to sleep (and while sleeping I'm thinking on a solution to the problem I´m currently facing, the most important or urgent), and usually when I return (If I slept well) I have the solution and code comes easily, I don not know what you think, but I have like 10 consecutive days! En effet, Microsoft, Google et Facebook sont toutes trois très importantes, pour ne pas dire colossales, et elles sont toutes apparues comme innovantes à leur création. A leurs débuts, elles étaient nettement moins imposantes et les investisseurs hésitaient même à y investir. C'est un peu le cas de Facebook aujourd'hui, la firme surévaluée à outrance.
