    I installed Python Mock module using PIP. When I try to import mock running under 'dev_appserver', GAE says that it can't find module 'mock'. import mock works perfectly in Python interpreter. I understand that dev_appserver behaves absolutely correctly because I can't install modules with PIP on GAE servers. My question is how technically dev_appserver filters list of modules that can be loaded?

  • Unselecting RadioButtons in Java Swing

    When displaying a group of JRadioButtons, initially none of them is selected (unless you programmatically enforce that). I would like to be able to put buttons back into that state even after the user already selected one, i.e., none of the buttons should be selected. However, using the usual suspects doesn't deliver the required effect: calling 'setSelected(false)' on each button doesn't work. Interestingly, it does work when the buttons are not put into a ButtonGroup - unfortunately, the latter is required for JRadioButtons to be mutually exclusive. Also, using the setSelected(ButtonModel, boolean) - method of javax.swing.ButtonGroup doesn't do what I want. I've put together a small program to demonstrate the effect: two radio buttons and a JButton. Unfortunately, opposed to other situations i encountered before, here there is no way to avoid using awt and make use of Swing in this case. And this was just an SSCCE i made to show the problem and my recent (also first) application suffers from this subject. And i think should have to let you know I posted this question a while ago in SDN and "the Java Ranch" forums and other native forums and still I'm watching... By the way i am using latest version of Netbeans IDE... I will be so grateful if anybody has a solution to this damn AWT components never rendered any Farsi character for me... Thanks in advance

    I want to use the PCH file to speed up the build, so i store the PCH file in a separate folder and reuse it when build the project later. but I have some #import *.dll in my stdafx.h. so if something changed in the *.dll, the PCH file need be recreated. my question is whether I can use multiple PCH files in 1 project, so that i can put the import *.dll to another PCH and only recreate this one if something changed in *.dll. thanks in advance :)

  • importing modules in app engine

    Ive asked this before, but it seems i wasnt clear/detailed enough and after a week of trying im still struggling so i will try again. i am trying to use, oauth2 and ply on app engine. i have tried copying their directories into my app engine project directory (in the form ply-3.4 or brosner-python-oauth2-82a05f9) and i have tried copying the specific sub directory contained within the aforemention one. (ply or oauth2) i have tried saying import oauth2, from brosner-oauth2_python-82a05f9 import oauth and other variations on the theme, but i still cant get it to work nothing has worked. i have tried including them in app.yaml, but that seemed to create an even bigger error as my entire project wouldnt even run when i tried that. and now i have run out of things to try. the error log i am getting is as follows. So the question is where to put the methods for allocation/initialization as well as the methods for the UITableViewDelegate protocol.

The new @Rule in Junit 4.7 can handle these cases. The TemporaryFolder-Rule can create a temporary directory. A custom ExternalResource-Rule can be created for server. However this does not work because Junit processes the rules in reverse order as they are defined in the file. The TemporaryFolder Rule will not be executed before the server Rule. Thus the root-folder in TempraryFolder will be null, resulting that any files are created relative to the current working directory. If I reverse the order of the attributes in my class I get a compile error because I cannot reference a variable before it is defined. I'm using Junit 4.8.1 (because the ordering of rules was fixed a bit from the 4.7 release)
