  • Abstract classes and Pod::Coverage

    I've recently started to try to use Dist::Zilla for maintaining Path::Class. I added the [PodCoverageTests] plugin, and it's reporting some failures in the Path::Class::Entity class, which is the abstract base class for Path::Class::File and Path::Class::Dir. What I'd like is some way to tell the testing code that Entity doesn't need docs, but its two derived classes do - even though the methods are only defined in the parent class. Anyone know some way to do that?

    What is the proper way to terminate a Swing application from the code, and what are the pitfalls? I'd tried to close my application automatically after a timer fires. But just calling dispose() on the JFrame didn't do the trick - the window vanished but the application did not terminate. However when closing the window with the close button, the application does terminate. What should I do?

    If you have an XSD with an includes reference. Is it possible to generate 2 separate class files. 1 for the XSD, and 1 for the included XSD? My Scenario 4 XSDs, each of which share 15-20 element definitions in common. Rather than maintaining, I'd like to end up with the 4 XSDs all referencing a fifth file with the common definitions, and code generating 5 .cs files to use.

    I have installed XAMPP on my computer which is Windows 8 pro. I use to work with Windows 7 every time I run the index.php file on Windows 8 it shows the code on the browser IE10. Here is what I have done: I have named the file correctly: index.php I have installed the server and saved the files inside c:/xampp/htdocs/PHP/ I have used to open and close all PHP tags and everything else seems working fine, like, PHPMyAdmin, and the Ini file I don't know whats wrong and it is driving me crazy ... It would be great to have some sort of document that asks Firebug to open a push channel from the document, versus the more common scenario of the debugger pulling information from the debugee document.
