    i wrote a program in c# using directshow , that captures all devices' audios , and video from single device (webcam or external camera) , now that my requirement is to merge selected audio files with one video file and i can not get it done in c#. so i need a program or libraries that merges one(or several) audio file(s) and one video file and save it as an avi VIDEO file ,, both audio file and video files are in avi format.

  • Question on gcc compiler commands

    I had to compile a small little C program using the following; gcc sine.c -o sine -lm I needed the "-lm" because the program included the math.h. In looking this up under compiler commands man shows it a either -llibrary or -l library. I could not find any information on what other libraries. Apparently -lm is needed for math.h what other library commands might be needed. Thanks

Is there a way to get the path for another user of the same Windows instance? I need it so my installer program can install the templates used by my program for other users as well.

I know that any c compiler does something very similar and that I can just compile the c code and then disassemble the complied executable, but that's kind of an overkill, all I want is to convert a few lines of code.     The term has several definition according to Wikipedia, however what I'm really interested in is creating a program that has all its needed dependencies included within the source folder, so the end user doesn't need to install additional libraries for the app to install. For example, how Mac apps has all its dependencies all within the program itself already... or is there a function that autotools does this? I'm programming in the Linux environment...

    I need to write a program in 8086 Assembly that receives data from the user, does some mathematical calculations and prints the answer on the screen, I have written all parts of the program and all work fine but I don't know how to print the number to the screen. At the end of all my calculation the answer is AX and it is treated as an unsigned 16 bit integer. How do I print the decimal (unsigned) value of the AX register?
