  • Plone site files owner

    - by user308333
Hello everybody, I accidentally changed owner of all files on my plone site to plone, and I don't know how to fix this without reinstalling site, which won't be acceptable. I have backup version which keeps default owners but it's changed in the meanwhile on the dafault site. Maybe rsync can sync only ownerships between these copies??? Any idea would be precious. Cheers

    - by Matthew Toohey
Hello I've been trying to parse a UTF-16 encoded xml file in Ruby (1.8.7), and I can't seem to find how to do it by searching (google and stack overflow) Here's the xml file url: http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/feeds/playout/triplejsydneyplayout.xml?_5366 Getting the xml string from Net::HTTP and passing it to REXML, then calling logger.info xmlDoc.inspect produces: <UNDEFINED> ... </> Any ideas? • PHP: simple form encoding/decoding

    - by Lennart
Hi guys, Probably, this question has been asked before, though, I'll ask it again. Currently, I'm facing a problem with form encoding. When posting my form, all spaces are replaced by the "+" character. I would like to replace this "+" character by a real space. Does someone has a PHP solution for this? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Lennart

  • CollectionViewSource & Selective Column Display

    - by Berryl
By selective column display i mean the following: a control shows a listing of widgets (WidgetVm.DisplayName), with the default display name being in English (WidgetVm.EnglishName), but with the option to show the widget in French (WidgetVm.FrenchName). There also sorting and filtering available, which is why CollectionViewSource seems ideal. I know you can have multiple views over the same source but I haven't figured out how to do this yet. Is that the right approach to solving this? How? Cheers, Berryl

    - by gotye
Hey everyone, I am currently trying to create a subclass of UIImageView in order to make it download its image from server asynchronously ;) I tried to do it by myself but I haven't gone very far yet :D Anyway, I looked around here and found this : AsyncImageDownload I had a look at the code and the first which springs to mind is : why subclassing a UIView and not a UIImageView ?!? - by Mark Evans
Hi I've recently installed VS2010 and I'm trying to upgrade a project that I created using VS2008 and WSSF (Web Service Software Factory). I've installed the 2010 version of WSSF and it's prerequisites. After upgrading, when I try to load the solution I get "blah.ssfproduct cannot be opened because its project type (.ssfproduct) is not supported by this version of the application". Absolutely no idea what to do :( Cheers Mark

  • Reflection: Get FieldInfo from PropertyInfo

    - by Ed Woodcock
Hi guys. I'm doing some dynamic code generation using Reflection, and I've come across a situation where I need to get the backing field of a property (if it has one) in order to use its FieldInfo object. Now, I know you can use .IsDefined(typeof(CompilerGeneratedAttribute), false); on a FieldInfo to discover whether it's autogenerated, so I assume there's a similar thing for Properties which auto-generate fields? Cheers, Ed

  • Is there a way to click a link in Firefox and open a file in an existing VIM session?

    - by btelles
Hi there, I know it's possible to open links in an html page (let's say, if you're using Firefox) with TextMate if the link has this format: <a href="txmt://open?url=file:///home/.../index.html.haml">View</a> But is it possible to do a similar thing with VIM? Perhaps like so: <a href="vim://open?url=file:///home/.../index.html.haml">View</a> Ideally this would use an existing VIM session. Cheers, Bernie

The text of these boxes get set on page load. then I have a submit button that calls a sub to update the table with the new values (text) in the text box. The problem is it is keeping the original text not the text that is CURRENTLY in the textbox. Anyone come across this before? Or know how to get round it? Cheers, Jonesy

  • nhibernate virtual methods & resharper

    - by Berryl
I am curious how other Resharper users deal wih R#'s complaint about virtual methods it thinks are unused because it can't tell that NHIb will use them at runtime. I currently leave it as a hint, reluctantly, although am tempted to shut it off completely. Cheers, Berryl

  • What are useful functions for drawing text (MFC)?

    - by kobac
I'm creating a line chart control, and I need to write (or better say draw) the axis names and axis values. I found DrawText and TextOut functions, but the text they show is flickering and don't know how to set the font and text orientation (I will need vertical text orientation as well as horizontal). Are there any other functions you could recoommend or how to use these stated above and get the results I need? Thanks in advance. Cheers.

  • How To Make iPhone App For Multiple Firmwares

    - by Dyldo42
With iOS4 coming out soon, I have already planned to include an iAd in a future update of an app of mine. I assume that this will make my app unusable for anyone on a firmware lower than 4.0. Is there a way to change that variables and the .xib file based on the user's firmware? Cheers.
