    I have visual studio 2008 installed in my pc when i try to open a .Net 2005 Solution with multi-projects, there are project in vb and c#. The only web project on this solution display the following message: .vbproj the project is not supported by this installation I try to open the web project separately from the solution and I not have problem. How I can open the web project from the solution. Any ideas?

  • Playing .swf file in MediaPlayer?

    I'm having some issues in playing .swf files on my application. On my PC, using Media Player Classic, they work normally, but on my phone they dont, all I hear is weird sounds.. the code I use to play: mediaplayer = MediaPlayer.create(getBaseContext(), Uri.parse(CurrentAyaSoundPath)); Can anyone tell me why I cant play .swf files normally?   • How to distort the desktop screen

    Hi friends, I want to change the shape of the desktop screen, so what are displayed on the desktop will be distorted at the same time. And the user can still operate the PC with the mouse on the distorted desktop(Run the applications, Open the "My Computer" and so on). I think I must get the projection matrix of the screen coordinate at first. Then transform the matrix, and map the desktop buffer image to the distorted mesh. Are there any interfaces which can modify the shape of the desktop screen in OpenGL or DirectX? Would you please give me some tip on it. Thank you very much in advance. What I want to implement is to modify the shape of the screen. So we can distort the shapes of all the applications which are run on Windows at the same time. For example that the window of "My Computer" will be distorted with the distortion of the desktop screen. And we can still operate the PC with mouse from the distorted desktop(Click the shortcut to run a program). Addition2: The projection matrix is just my assume. There isn't any desktop projection matrix by which the desktop surface is projected to the screen. What I want to implement is to change the shape of the desktop, as the same with mapping the desktop to an 3D mesh. But the user can still operate the OS on the distorted desktop(Click the shortcut to run a program, open the ie to surf the internet). Addition3: The shapes of all the programs run on the OS are changed with the distortion of the screen. It's realtime. The user can still operate the OS on the distorted screen as usually. Maybe we can intercept or override the GPU itself to implement the effect. I'm investigating GDI, I think I can find some clue for that. The first step is to find how to show the desktop on the screen.

  • Ubuntu: Graphics freeze

    We have recently updated a java application which runs on an Ubuntu PC, and are now experiencing a graphics problem that we didn't encounter before. The system is running constantly, and randomly maybe twice a month but sometimes within a few days the systems graphics will freeze, and the gnome panels are frozen.     Hi, I'm looking for an HTTP Proxy/GUI combination that should be installed locally on my Windows PC. The UI should display something similar to Firebugs "Network" tab, showing request/response headers and content as plaintext. It would be cool if I could attach requests to a sort of node for later comparison, similar to what you can do when using the Proxy that comes with JMeter.

    I have a Dell Studio 540, 64 bit OS Windows Home Premium. My CPU is supports Intel's virtualization technology, but I don't know how to enabled it on my machine. I saw that you can do it via the bios, but I didn't see this option when going through my BIOS. Is there another way to enabled this feature? Please let me know.   • NMEA data received but empty. Is there any secret?

    I have a tablet "Futjitsu Stylistic Q550". It's running on Windows 7 (not Phone!). It has a built-in GPS-receiver "Sierra Wireless". I need to parse NMEA data from COM-port. I can do it but it's always empty! Like "$GPRMC,,V,,,,,,,,,,N*53". I've tried standing on open space a long time (so my Android device had located me via GPS for a long time) but NMEA data still empty. So I suppose that GPS is off. But I don't know how to figure it out. I've tried send to COM port $PARAM,START,0*61 but no changes. I've tried to insert SIM-card into the device, as it was suggested on one forum but result was the same. Well is it possible that GPS is idle or something or it's just not working? And if it is idle or off how can I enable it? And.. That looks strange but GSV enumerates satellites but everyone of them has still no data e.g.: $GPGSV,4,1,16,32,,,,11,,,,23,,,*78

However, I prefer a Git plugin similar to to MS Visual Studio's Git Source Control Provider which is only a wrapper around the already installed msysgit. I really don't want two different Git implementations accessing the same repository. EGit sounds perfect - if it can use the already installed msysgit in my PC. But can it?

  • How do you automatically remove the preview window after autocompletion in Vim?

    I'm using omnifunc=pythoncomplete. When autocompleting a word (e.g., os.), I get the list of eligible class members and functions, as expected, as well as a scratch buffer preview window with documentation about the selected member or function. This is great, but after selecting the function I want, the preview window remains. I can get rid of it with ":pc", but I'd like it just to automatically disappear after I've selected my function, a la Eclipse. I've played around with "completeopt" but to no avail.

  • Will C++/CLI give me control over low-level devices like audio?

    I was wondering - how much limitation is there to C++/CLI compared to classic C++ (chuckle) - I was wanting to write an application that I cannot do with c# -- I was wanting to be able to connect to the PC's audio device and detect audio (for example) - Is this something I can do with C++/CLI?   • Unable to go to Localhost

    When I try to go to Localhost by entering http and then ://localhost, it automatically branches to http://naazir-pc/WebDB/WEBDB.home with a message saying "Oops! This link appears to be broken.". I ran "Start WampSever" and the status of the server says "WAMPSERVER - server Online" I have closed Skype as well. Can you please help me with this problem. Thanks Naazir Ajward
