    Hi i have a Category model with parent/child self relation For primary category and sub categories : class Place(models.Model): name = models.CharField(_("name"), max_length=100) categories = models.ManyToManyField("Category", verbose_name=_("categories")) class Category(models.Model): name = models.CharField(_("name"), max_length=100) parent = models.ForeignKey('self', blank=True, null=True, related_name='child_set') i need to prevent orphans, to prevent this kind of errors (in admin web interface) c_parent = Category(name='Restaurant') c_parent.save() c_child = Category(name="Japanese restaurant", parent=c_parent) c_child.save() place1 = Place (name="Planet sushi") place1.save() place1.categories.add(c_parent) place1.categories.add(c_child) So now we have a new Place called "Planet sushi", it's a Restaurant (root category), and a Japanese Restaurant (sub category) but i want to prevent this kind of things : place2 = Place (name="Tokyofood") place2.save() place2.categories.add(c_child) because parent is not set, or is not the correct parent category where can i do form validation for the admin ? and other forms (because any user can add a new place and will have to choose correct categories for)

  • NUnit - Multiple properties of the same name? Linking to requirements

    I'm linking all our our System Tests to test cases and to our Requirements. Every requirement has an ID. Every Test Case / System Tests tests a variety of requirements. Every module of code links to multiple requirements. I'm trying to find the best way to link every system test to its driving requirements. I was hoping to do something like: [NUnit.Framework.Property("Release", "6.0.0")] [NUnit.Framework.Property("Requirement", "FR50082")] [NUnit.Framework.Property("Requirement", "FR50084")] [NUnit.Framework.Property("Requirement", "FR50085")] [TestCase(....)] public void TestSomething(string a, string b...) However, that will break because Property is a Key-Value pair. The system will not allow me to have multiple Properties with the same key. The reason I'm wanting this is to be able to test specific requirements in our system if a module changes that touches these requirements. Rather than run over 1,000 system tests on every build, this would allow us to target what to test based on changes done to our code. Some system tests run upwards of 5 minutes (Enterprise healthcare system), so "Just run all of them" isn't a viable solution. We do that, but only before promoting through our environments. Thoughts?

    My problem is, i have a table User and Table Group (this table use to authorization for user - it mean when user belong to a group like admin, they can login into admincp and other user belong to group member, they just only read and write and can not login into admincp) each user maybe belong to many groups and each group has been contain many users and they have relationship are many to many I use hibernate for persistence storage. and struts 2 to handle business logic. When i want to implement login action from Struts2 how can i get value of group member belong to ? to compare with value i want to know?     I have an embed window media player which is always on top of other DIV tags. I used wmode = opaque; WindowlessVideo = -1 but it does not help.     I'm attempting to add an event handler for every control on my form. The form is a simple info box which pops up, and clicking anywhere on it does the same thing (sort of like Outlook's email notifier.) To do this, I've written a recursive method to add a MouseClick handler to each control, as follows: private void AddMouseClickHandler(Control control, MouseEventHandler handler) { control.MouseClick += handler; foreach (Control subControl in control.Controls) AddMouseClickHandler(subControl, handler); } However, if I wanted to add a handler for all of the MouseDown and MouseUp events, I'd have to write two more methods.
