• Parameters lost on login form submitted with post in JBoss

  My login page contains two forms: one for logging in and one for signing up. It works fine with GET, but than there is password in URL, so it's not the right solution :) Similar problem has been posted to community.jboss.org, but with no response: http://community.jboss.org/message/7150#7150. I'm using JBoss 4.3eap. Any help?

• Why is Firefox prompting to download a file that is POST'd to?

  This is the most peculiar thing. It is from an old in house CMS. When I attempt to submit my changes, it prompts to save the file linked in the action attribute of the form.   I'm attempting to process Quickbooks My Time imt files using PHP. The imt file is a plaintext XML file. I've been able to use the PHP SimpleXML library with no issues but one: The numeric representations of datetime in the My Time XML files is something I've never seen before: <object type="TIMEPERIOD" id="z128"> <attribute name="notes" type="string"></attribute> <attribute name="start" type="date">308073428.00000000000000000000</attribute> <attribute name="running" type="bool">0</attribute> <attribute name="duration" type="double">3600</attribute> <attribute name="datesubmitted" type="date">310526237.59616601467132568359</attribute> <relationship name="activity" type="1/1" destination="ACTIVITY" idrefs="z130"></relationship> </object> You can see that attritube[@name='start'] has a value of: 308073428.00000000000000000000 This is not Excel based method of storage 308,073,428 is too many days since 1900-01-00 and it isn't Unix Epoch either. So, my question is, has anyone ever seen this type of datetime representation?

This method is being called as List<FactorClass> listFC = new List<FactorClass>(); listFC.Add(new FactorClass { Name = "BKP", FactorValue="Book to price",IsGlobal =false }); listFC.Add(new FactorClass { Name = "YLD", FactorValue = "Dividend yield", IsGlobal = false }); listFC.Add(new FactorClass { Name = "EPM", FactorValue = "emp", IsGlobal = false }); listFC.Add(new FactorClass { Name = "SE", FactorValue = "something else", IsGlobal = false }); List<FactorClass> listFC1 = listFC.Search("BKP").ToList(); It is working fine. • Grep expression with special file names

  i am a real beginner in csh/tcsh scripting and that's why i need your help. The problem is I have to go through some regular files in directories and find those files, that have their own name in its content. In the following piece of script is cycle in which I am going through paths and using grep to find the file's name in its content. What is surely correct is $something:q - is array of paths where i have to find files. The next variable is name in which is only name of current file. for example: /home/computer/text.txt (paths) and: text.txt (name) And my biggest problem is to find names of files in their content. It's quite difficult for me to write correct grep for this, cause the names of files and directories that i am passing through are mad. • What's the best way to format this simple HTML form using CSS?

  I have have a simple HTML form with say four input widgets (see below)...two lines with two widgets on each line. However, when this renders it is pretty ugly. I want the whole form to be indented from the edge of the left page say 40px and I want the left edge of the widgets to line up with each other and the right edge of the labels to line up. I also want to be able to specify a minimum distance between the right edge of the first widget and the label of the widget next to it. How would I do this using CSS? • Aligning inputs on bootstrap using the Fluid Grid System

  I am creating a form that requires the user to input their name and email address. The first line of the form has two inputs side by side for each part of the name and the 2nd line has one input for the email address that should be the same width as the first line combined.   The books that I've read regarding hibernate are, at best, reference tomes. They very seldom have good code examples, so I tend to use online resources for those needs. However, I've always had a problem understanding the basic idea of hibernate persistence. I've read the books and understand the concepts, but in practice, I often see results that I don't understand. Perhaps you all can help, as you have in the past. Let's look at a simple example of a dog and a cat that are friends. This isn't a rare occurrence. It also has the benefit of being much more interesting than my business case. We want a function called "saveFriends" that takes a dog name and a cat name. We'll save the Dog and then the Cat. For this example to work, the cat is going to have a reference back to the dog. I understand this isn't an ideal example, but it's cute and works for our purposes.   I am learning Objective-C. I am trying to release all of the memory that I use. • Extjs - Loading Grid when call

  I have form and grid. the user must enter data in form fields then display related records in the grid. I want to implement a search form, e.g: user will type the name and gender of the student, then will get a grid of all students have the same name and gender. So, I use ajax to send form fields value to PHP and then creat a json_encode wich will be used in grid store. I am really not sure if my idea is good. But I haven't found another way to do that. The problem is when I set autoLoad to true in the store, the grid automatically filled with all data - not just what I asked for - So, I understand that I have to set autoLoad to false, but then the result not shown in the grid even it returned successfully in the firebug! I don't know what to do.   I thought it would be as easy as tell the for-each to only select top_coach_sales_vw that has "Site" equal to "PB" but when I run the script it does not loop through any of the data in the XML. • How do I get flashvars in Firefox using object embed tag only to work?

  I am trying to generate an <object> tag only embed code and cannot get Firefox to pass Flash along the FlashVars values. This seems to work everyplace else that I've tried it but fails in Firefox. Here is a sample of the embed that I'm using: <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=10,0,0,0" width="550" height="400" id="Main" align="middle"> <param name="movie" value="Main.swf" /> <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /> <param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /> <param name="quality" value="high" /> <param name="menu" value="false" /> <param name="FlashVars" value="foo=1" /> </object> Please note that the Flash experience does show up in Firefox but when I do traces and actually run the application this fails to read the values. This has had me scratching my head for a day and I'm pretty stumped. If anyone has any guidance on this it would relly be appreciated.
