  How can I make an app or maybe service that looks like (Nexus One touch buttons) for the navigation keys (Home, menu,Back, Search) The buttons should always be visibly and always stay on top and send the command to the app thats running. Someone have ideas and sample codes how to do that? * I see an app with name (Smart Taskmanager) wich always detect when you touch the right side of the screen and then detect when you slide the finger to left. So I think its possible, with this function I think its possible to implementate the code to simulate the (Home, Meny, Back, Search) buttons. * I also see and test an app wich show a "cracked display" always ontop so that tecnic maybe shold be useful to always show the buttons/bitmanp on top. Thoose function, to show the button and catch the "touch event" and send the event to the active program, thats what i dont can figure out how to do. Thats my thought!   I there a way to back reference in the regular expression pattern? Example input string: Here is "quoted text" some quoted text. Say I want to pull out the quoted text, I could create the following expression: "([^"]+)" This regular expression would match quoted text. Say I want it to also support single quotes, I could change the expression to: ["']([^"']+)["'] But what if the input string has a mixture of quotes say Here is 'quoted text" some quoted text. I would not want the regex to match. Currently the regex in the second example would still match. What I would like to be able to do is if the first quote is a double quote then the closing quote must be a double. And if the start quote is single quote then the closing quote must be single. Can I use a back reference to achieve this?

  an Hi, I have an UITextField in one view, UITextField A in View A. And I have another in view B, UITextField B in View B. I use a Navigation Controller Bar to switch between the views. The UITextFields are properties and connected Outlets of both views A and B. On my view A there is an "Options"-button which pushes view B. So when you are typing in Textfield A, I would like the same text to appear in Textfield B. When you edit TextField B and you go back to view A (via the "Title View A"-button in de navigation bar), I would like the same text to re-appear in Textfield A. I expected this to be easy. But I can't get it working. I tried: ViewBController *controller = [[ViewBController alloc] initWithNibName:@"ViewBController" bundle:nil]; controller.TextFieldA.text = TextFieldB.text But nothing appeared in view B. And how do I get back? I dont want to use NSUserdefaults because I would have to remove the values also.

Or maybe it's called something different, i.e. method-suggestions? But the popup is hidden if I misspells a method name, and it doesn't come back if I delete the misspelled part of the method name. Is there any way to get back the popup after a misspelling without starting to type in the hole methodname again?

  Hallo, I'm using my Android (Archos 43) only as an extended display in an industrial application. I just need a single programm to display data received and send user inputs by bluetooth. This little programm should start directly after booting and should disable (fade out) the android-buttons (search, home, menu and back). That's my plan. Here's my problem: I know, there are some applications which can fade out these search/home/menu/back-buttons (like DeskClock or some videoplayers). But how does it work? Just using android:theme="@android:style/Theme.Light.NoTitleBar.Fullscreen" only disables the titlebar, not the 4 android-buttons. Thanks, Dennis

  The goal is 1) Start activity A from AppWidgetProvider or any other background task (it is simple). 2) From activity A go to activity B after clicking Back button. The problem is that I can't set PARENT_ACTIVITY in AndroidManifest.xml, because the activity B class name gets determined at run time. So in one case I need to go to activity B, in other case it is another activity. Seems like I can't use TaskStackBuilder without PARENT_ACTIVITY. I could handle this in the finish() method of activity A, but it should be a simpler way to add activity B to the "back stack" when I run startActivity(intent). Any ideas?

  I have declared: queue<int, list<int> > Q After a series of calls: Q.push(37); Q.pop(); Q.push(19); Q.push(3); Q.push(13); Q.front(); Q.push(22); Q.push(8); Q.back(); I get: 19-3-13-22-8-NULL What I don't get is what the calls to Q.front() and Q.back() do. From what I understand, they return a reference to the first or last elements respectively, but I dont see how my list would be any different had those calls not been made. Do they have any effect? Sorry if this seems trivial, but I'm trying to figure out of those calls have a purpose, or of my professor is just trying to screw with me.

  I've just deployed a previously (on my local IIS) working MVC4 app to IIS 7.5 on the dev server. After tweaking this and that - one knows how these things get forgotten - the app finally launches, but shows a directory listing of the app root. Clicking on most links there works, opening the directory listing of the sub-directory. Elmah logs no errors and /elmah.asd also gives a 404. The site has an appropriate localhost binding in the hosts file. I can find nothing wrong. MVC is installed on the server, as another MCV app works fine.

  Currently, my SanDisk Cruzer Blade 4GB have become a 64MB Firebird RAW flash drive (thumb drive). I don't know why it become like this but when I plug it into a PC, it suddenly transform itself to become a 64MB flash drive. (From 4 GB to 64 MB, that is a huge change!) Some of their solution is as follows: Using the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool (http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=1970), which did not work for me as it could not format. Using the h2testw to see if it is genuine, which did not work for me because it is a RAW partition. Return to the vendor, which I doubt since the product only have 1 year warranty and it has expired. I also notice that the flash drive is very fragile as after a few use, the flash drive have become something like the following: (The upper cover of the USB connector was broken or torn) So, wondering if someone have any good solution to fix it back so that at least I can retrieve my data on the fragile thumb drive.

• File recovery from Mac results in random files and extensions – how do I get my data back?

  This Mac hard drive was dying. Someone I knew did a file recovery and got as many files as he could. The program (not sure how it was done, or what program it was) dished out a bunch of folders names such as: DIR56.TOC DIR55.CUR DIR54.GPZ DIR53.GZI … and so forth, all the way down to DIR0.LZH. Some of the file extensions I do understand — like .JPEG, or .MOV — but most of them are ones I've never heard of. I've googled some of them like .TOC, wich stands for "table of contents", but I don't understand how to transfer that data back to the Mac. Currently, they are on a Windows machine. They are being transfered onto an external hard drive that the Mac can read. It can also see all the files. However, the few that I tested to see if the Mac recognizes them (like .TOC and .CUR) cannot be opened. Anyone have any idea as to what I should do? There are some important assignments on there I need to get. EDIT: Data transfer was most likely done by: Easy Recover 6 professional (95% sure, no guarantee)

  I am using django, nginx and apache. When I access my site with a URL (e.g., http://www.foo.com/) what appears in my browser address is the IP address with admin appended (e.g., http://123.45.67.890/admin/). When I access the site by IP, it is redirected as expected by django's urls.py (e.g., http://123.45.67.890/ - http://123.45.67.890/accounts/login/?next=/) I would like to have the name URL act the same way as the IP. That is, if the URL goes to a new view, the host in the browser address should remain the same and not change to the IP address. Where should I be looking to fix this?
