  • Access 2007 can I capture the "clicked" field using an OnClick event on a report?

    In Access 2007 I want to be able to click on a name field in a report and call a separate report with personal information about the person who's name was clicked to start the event. This would be as an alternative to creating a subreport or including the subreport fields in the main report in the interest of saving space. How do I reference the value of the clicked field for use in a query called with the OnClick event? Thanks for your help.

    I recently had an issue with my in-app purchases, so had them rejected. I found that upon creating new ones and approving them, I am getting no products back from my SKProductsRequest. Do new in-app purchases require some delay to be updated on their servers or is there some common reason that they stop working when an app is rejected?

  • Whats a valid strategy for a secure image upload from a flash client?

    Hi all - I'm creating a flash application that will post images to a url for saving to disk/display later. I was wondering what are some suggested strategies for making this secure enough so that the upload is verified as coming from the application and not just some random form post. Is it reliable enough to check referring location realizing that I don't need bulletproof security, or perhaps setting authentication headers is a better strategy even though it seems unreliable from what I have read.     I'm writing a game which uses 3D models to draw a scene (top-down orthographic projection), but a 2D physics engine to calculate response to collisions, etc. I have a few 3D assets for which I'd like to be able to automatically generate a hitbox by 'slicing' the 3D mesh with the X-Y plane and creating a polygon from the resultant edges. Google is failing me on this one (and not much helpful material on SO either). Suggestions?

  • OpenRasta overwriting Content-Length header in HEAD responses

    I'm creating a pretty simple HTTP service using OpenRasta. For HEAD requests, the HTTP 1.1 spec states that HEAD requests should have the Content-Length set to "the size of the entity-body that would have been sent had the request been a GET" (section 14.13). However, OpenRasta apparently sees that the response body is empty and automatically sets the Content-Length header to "0". What is the recommended way to override this behavior? Thanks-

    I recently saw this code on another post ( http://stackoverflow.com/questions/499126/jquery-set-cursor-position-in-text-area ) new function($) { $.fn.setCursorPosition = function(pos) { // function body omitted, not relevant to question } } (jQuery); After too long trying to understand what it was doing I finally figured out that it's just creating a new function with a parameter $ and then invoking it with jQuery as the parameter value. So actually, it's just doing this: jQuery.fn.setCursorPosition = function(pos) { // function body omitted, not relevant to question } What's the reason for the original, more confusing version?

When testing with soap ui for example creating an employee, if I send soap request xml with <empId>0</empId> works fine. <empId></empId> **throwing exception.** if i completly remove <empId> tag it works fine....   • Remove extra junk from C proprocessor?

    I'm trying to use the C proprocessor on non-C code, and it works fine except for creating lines like this at the top: # 1 "test.java" # 1 "<built-in>" # 1 "<command-line>" # 1 "test.java" The problem is that these lines aren't valid in Java. Is there any way to get the preprocessor to not write this stuff? I'd prefer not to have to run this through something else to just remove the first 4 lines every time.
