    I am facing connection failure to MySQL problem when I run my program for more than couple of days.MySQL Error Code is 2013 while connecting to Database. MySQL server and client programs are both on same machine. I am using FC5 as my OS and MySQL version is 5.0.18. Can anybody throw some light on this?   • ASP.NET LINQ to SQL SubmitChanges() doesn't update the database

    In my 2nd ASP.NET MVC project I'm facing a very weird problem: when I call the SubmitChanges method of the DataContext class, nothing updates in the database. It's weird because everything works fine with my first project. I'm using a remote database created in Sql Server Management Studio, I tried doing some queries there and in Visual Studio 2010 (where I have the connection to the database), they all work. Where might the problem be hidden?

    actually i m devloping a web application that provides facility to users upload the image as we see in orkut and facebook through a form and a upload button.but the actually problem I am facing is : 1.should i store the image in database using Large data objects ie BLOB and the problem arises of retrieving it back from the database and then displaying it on the form. 2.sholud i store the absolute path of the the image in database and provide it to the source tag of the image in the html form.

    Hi, I am trying to import an outlook PST file to my application running on Mac OS X. The PST file consists of contacts created in Outlook. The contacts have X509 certificates added to them. The problem I am facing is ASN decoding of the certificate fails. I have read somewhere that there is extra data before and after the certificate referred by PR_USER_X509_CERTIFICATE in the PST file.
