    Hello folks, I am trying to set custom step (interval) to my Line Chart's horizontal axis. The chart gets its data from a grid. The grid has a lot of data and it is displayed accurately but because there are so many data points the horizontal axis is screwed up. An example of a Google Chart image over https would be this: https://www.google.com/chart?cht=lc&chs=200x125&chd=s:helloWorld The problem is that while you can load an image like this by directly clicking the link, you can't include it as an image in your page. It just won't load. Any idea on how to bypass this? Or solution generally using PHP?

    I need to generate and embed a time series chart into an ASP.NET application. Most run-time charting tools generate poor time axes, especially if the time scale is dynamic ie the user may choose to view data over a time scale of days, weeks, months or years. I'm looking for recommended tools that can be integrated into my app. Two that show promise are Chart Director and Google's annotated timeline visualization. Both are quite different in their implementation and have pros/cons.

    What are my best options for creating a financial open-high-low-close (OHLC) chart in a high level language like Ruby or Python?   • Alter highchart output to display start - end date

    I currently have the following highchart which display a start date and outputs the values for the next 31 days of data. Does anyone know how I may improve on this to include and end date so that I can filter the data by smaller specific amounts? On the x-axis I am also trying to only display labels that have data attached to them and hide any others. Any help is appreciated.   • Flex bug?? Get messed up stacked ColumnChart with type="100%"

    I am trying to do a stacked Column chart with type="100%" and a mixture of positive and negative values. When all the values are positive, is functions well, but when negative numbers come to the game, it looks totally messed up. But try to change: <mx:ColumnSet type="stacked" allowNegativeForStacked="true"> to: <mx:ColumnSet type="100%" allowNegativeForStacked="true"> and you'll see that it doesn't on January data, where both values are negative, the chart shows as if they are positive, and on the other two where one value is positive and the other is negative, it shows only the positive part as 100%... Isn't it a Flex Bug? I have my own case with such data and it behaves wrong the same way. I'd expect that if it has 800 stacked on -200, it will show 80% up and 20% down, totalling 100%.   • set highchart margin

    I have built a a higcharts charts and I am displaying them one at a time on mouseover. The jquery creates a floting div (depending on the cursor) with a border line 1px solid black and then the highchart method is being called to draw the chart. The thing is that highcharts exceed and left and bottom border is not shown. I tired 'margin' : chart: { renderTo: 'graph', defaultSeriesType: 'line', zoomType: 'x', margin: [ 10, 10, 10, 10] }, and still it does the same thing.
