    Hi, I have a problem with this query: Update Provinces Set Provinces.DefaultName=T2.Defaultname from Provinces inner join OPENROWSET('Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0', 'Excel 8.0;Database=C:\provinces.xlsx;HDR=YES', 'SELECT Code, Defaultname FROM [Arkusz1$]') T2 On Provinces.Code = t2.Code where Provinces.Code = T2.Code I get error: Msg 7399, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 The OLE DB provider "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0" for linked server "(null)" reported an error. The provider did not give any information about the error. Msg 7303, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0" for linked server "(null)". What is a reason of this unpleasent situation ?

  • What's a better way to display a handle for resizing a view on iPhone / iPad?

    I want to display a handle at the corners of a UIView that can be used to resize the view. How can I display the handles floating on the top of everything else and still have a connection to and be in sync with a view? The solution I implemented before looks like this: I put the view into another view that shows the handles on top of the corners. The problem with this approach is that the handles add extra space to the original view's size. Since Apple recommends at least 40 x 40 px for the size of a button, it is not very little space and also goes beyond the visible bounds of the original view. Another problem is that the original view has to be encapsulated in this 'helper view' object and thus becomes a part of something although it really is the main component.

    Where to get streaming (live) video and audio from camera example for Nokia (5800 for ex)? Suppose I want to create some live video streaming service app so I'll have some cool server at the back end. And I know how to do that part. Suppose I have some stand alone app for PCs now I want to go on to mobile devices. So I decided to start from Nokia because I have it and can do with it what I want (Nokia 5800 XpressMusic). So I want to see some sample app grabing audio and video streams from Phone, Synchronizing them, and sending LIVE stream to server. I need any OpenSource sample (JAVA or C or C++) that ll do this or something like this. Where can I get one?

    So first of all I have such image (and ofcourse I have all points coordinates in 2d so I can regenerate lines and check where they cross each other) But hey, I have another Image of same lines (I know thay are same) and new coords of my points like on this image So... now Having points (coords) on first image, How can I determin plane rotation and Z depth on second image (asuming first one's center was in point (0,0,0) with no rotation)?
