• containsObject - why doesen't this work?

  Hi. I have an array that I am trying to check wether or not an indexPath(.row) exists in. I use this code: if ([array containsObject:[NSNumber numberWithInt:indexPath.row]]){ NSLog(@"Yep, it exists in there."); } the array consist of the numbers 3, 8 and 2. The index path loads numbers fromm 0 to 8 in a loop. Can anybody see why this doesen't work?

I've tried the following: array = Crack::JSON.parse(json) array["posts"] array["posts"] shows all the values, but I tried array["posts"]["title"] and it didn't work. • autologin component doesn't work on remote server

  I am using autologin component from http://milesj.me/code/cakephp/auto-login (v 3.5.1). It works on my localhost WAMP server but fails on remote server. But it merely an array and not an object. On the other hand $this->Site is a Site object, but it has not been populated with the column data from the site table like $this->data. What is the proper way to have CakePHP get the associated model as the object and containing the data? Or am I going about this all wrong? Thanks!

• How do I use a custom #theme function to a fieldset in a drupal module?

  I have a module that builds a form that includes a fieldset. Instead of using the <legend> element to render the fieldset title, I want to place this content in a <div> element instead. But I want to change the behavior only for the form returned by my module, so I don't want to place any new functionality into my theme's template.php file. In mymod.module I have defined: // custom rendering function for fieldset elements function theme_mymod_fieldset($element) { return 'test'; } // implement hook_theme function mymod_theme() { return array( 'mymod_fieldset' => array('arguments' => array('element' => NULL)), 'mymod_form' => array('arguments' => array()) ); } // return a form that is based on the 'Basic Account Info' category of the user profile function mymod_form() { // load the user's profile global $user; $account = user_load($user->uid); // load the profile form, and then edit it $form_state = array(); $form = drupal_retrieve_form('user_profile_form', $form_state, $account, 'Basic Account Info'); // set the custom #theme function for this fieldset $form['Basic Account Info']['#theme'] = 'mymod_fieldset'; // more form manipulations // ... return $form; } When my page gets rendered, I expected to see the fieldset representing 'Basic Account Info' to be wholly replaced by my test message 'test'. Instead what happens is that the <fieldset> and <legend> elements are rendered as normal, but with the body of the fieldset replaced by the test message instead, like this: <fieldset> <legend>Basic Account Info</legend> test </fieldset> Why doesn't my #theme function have the chance to replace the entire <fieldset> element? If I wrap a textfield in this function instead, I am able to completely replace the <input> element along with its label. Furthermore, if I provide an override in my site's template.php for theme_fieldset, it works as expected and I am able to completely replace the <fieldset>, so I know it is possible. What's different about providing #theme functions to fieldsets inside a module?

• Why my site is not ranking for particular keyword

  My site is only 3 days to be 6 months old. This website is unique, that is there is no competitor to this type site in India, providing comparison of payment gateways in India, besides the payment gateways companies itself. I've optimized it for key word : "payment gateway" I've changed the url's twice, latest being 3 months back, in which case Google Webmaster gave plently of 404's. I corrected the useful 404's and left meaningless ones as it is. What is the reason it's not ranking well for payment gateways? Even site with single page about "Payment gateways" seem to be ranking better than this. Is it does to: 1) Lot of outbound links to in-context companies and information 2) 404's as reported in Google Webmaster My another site is successfully getting 1500 unique visitors daily and is up in Google ranking. I don't know why it is not!

  greetings, I'm not sure if this is a dumb question or not. Lets say I have 3 numpy arrays, A1,A2,A3, and 3 floats, c1,c2,c3 and I'd like to evaluate B = A1*c1+ A2*c2+ A3*c3 will numpy compute this as for example, E1 = A1*c1 E2 = A2*c2 E3 = A3*c3 D1 = E1+E2 B = D1+E3 or is it more clever than that? In c++ I had a neat way to abstract this kind of operation. I defined series of general 'LC' template functions, LC for linear combination like: template<class T,class D> void LC( T & R, T & L0,D C0, T & L1,D C1, T & L2,D C2) { R = L0*C0 +L1*C1 +L2*C2; } and then specialized this for various types, so for instance, for an array the code looked like for (int i=0; i<L0.length; i++) R.array[i] = L0.array[i]*C0 + L1.array[i]*C1 + L2.array[i]*C2; thus avoiding having to create new intermediate arrays. This may look messy but it worked really well. I could do something similar in python, but I'm not sure if its nescesary. Thanks in advance for any insight. -nick

  Basically what I want to do is export an array (or GridView) to a file called "getpathin.dat". That is easy, but the method I am using downloads the file to my computer, which is what I don't want. I want to write an array to either a PRE-EXISTING file that is on the server OR create a new file on the server in a folder, and this new file will contain either the array or the gridview, which I have stored in the array. i'll be doing this in...   I am so confused. I am trying to append portals to a page by looping through an array and calling a method I wrote called addModule(). The method gets called the right number of times (checked via an alert statement), in the correct order, but only one or two of the portals actually populate.   Looking for a simple example or link to a tutorial. Say I have a bunch of values stored in an array. I would like to create an image and update the image data from my array. Assume the array values are intensity data and will be updating a grayscale image. Assume the array values are between 0 and 255 -- or that I will convert it to that range. This is not for purposes of animation. Rather the image would be updated based on user interaction. This is something I know how to do well in Java, but am very new to iPhone programming. I've googled some information about CGImage and UIImage -- but am confused as to where to start. Any help would be appreciated.
