• Is there any short way to load data to the properties of a class, for each column name matching the properties of the class?

  I want to load data to an instance of an object using its constructor and I write $this->property=$row["colname"] each time for each property. the mysql_fetch_object function fetches the data as an object but I am not sure if the instance of an object can be assigned to some object from inside. othwerwise I would use __construct($object) { $this=$object; } //doesn't give any syntax error Maybe I should look into iteration of properties and use foreach($object as $key => $value) $value=$object[$key]; or can I assign like $this=$object; within the constructor?

  I'm quite new to Perl and I'm trying to build a hash recursively and getting nowhere. I tried searching for tutorials to dynamically build hashes, but all I could find were introductory articles about hashes. I would be grateful if you point me towards the right direction or suggest a nice article/tutorial.   I'm looking to create a Visual Studio 2008 template that will create a basic project and based on remove certain files/folders based on options the user enters. Right now, I have followed some tutorials online which have let me create the form to query the user and pass the data into an IWizard class, but I don't know what to do from there. Essentially, I want to create an EnumerableRowCollection of DataRows that would include a max value record with the same value for each record. My question is there any other way except for a StringBuilder for such kind of problem? Also in what other kind of cases does this kind of problem happen?   I have a report (Reporting Services) integrated into an ASP.NET that shows dropdownlists to select report parameter values. The dropdownlists are populated using direct database selects, though I see the report RDL files do contain the paramter values and datasets as defined in the report designer. Is it possible to obtain the report parameters "available values" in ASP.NET to populate the dropdownlists? This would avoid some code duplication. • How to retrieve column total when rows are paginated?

  Hey guys I have a column "price" in a table and I used a pagination script to generate the data displayed. Now the pagination is working perfectly however I am trying to have a final row in my HTML table to show the total of all the price. So I wrote a script to do just that with a foreach loop and it sort of works where it does give me the total of all the price summed up together however it is the sum of all the rows, even the ones that are on following pages. How can I retrieve just the sum of the rows displayed within the pagination? Thank you! Here is the query..   Is there a property to set for Android's LinearLayout that will enable it to properly wrap child controls? Meaning - I have changeable number of children and would like to lay out them horizontally like: Example: Control1, Control2, Control3, ... If I do .toIterator on the traversable, it eagerly produces the result, copies it into a List, and returns an iterator over the List. I'm sure I'm missing something simple here...
