• Javascript How do I force a string + variable to be evaluated as a variable

  Im not even sure how to word this and is probably why I am having trouble finding an answer in google. When the code is run currentCardRow will equal 1 therefore it should be cardSelected1 which is what is shown in the console.log. I need it to go a step further because cardSelected1 is a variable and I need it to evaluate show in the console log as Invitation. Invitation is an example of a variable for cardSelected1. I am not sure on what the correct syntax is to make this happen. var currentCardSelected = "cardSelected" + currentCardRow; Thanks for your help!

• Rails- MiniMagick commands not working

  I'm running windows xp and I've got MiniMagick and ImageMagick installed (latest versions). I'm now using the console to test out that everything works. Using the ms command prompt image magick works no problem. I'm testing this by using the identify command. Now, when I try to use MiniMagick from the console by entering image = MiniMagick::Image.new('image.jpg') It returns MiniMagickError, "ImageMagick command ("identify \"input.jpg\"") failed: {:status_code = #"'identify' is not recognized as an internal or external command,\noperable program or batch file.\n"} Can anybody help?

  If I create an app.config file in a console apps like this <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> <configuration> <appSettings> <add key ="key1" value ="val1"/> </appSettings> </configuration> and access the same from the console application like object sourcePath = System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["key1"]; or by object sourcePath = System.Configuration.ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings["key1"]; I am able to get the value. But if I do the same thing in a class library project, I am getting a null value. Why? Where I am making mistake? I have added the proper reference System.Configuration. I am using C# 3.0

  I have a Neo4j graph with 12 inputs and 4 outputs, and am trying to write a query with the Java Traverser that will return the 14 unique paths from an input to an output node. All the queries I have tried return only a subset of the 14 paths. For example, the code below returns 4 paths, but the other 10 all stop 1 node short of the output.   How would I draw something on the screen ? not the console window but the entire screen, preferably with the console minimised. Also, would it show up on a printscreen ? What I want to do is create something like a layer on top of the screen that only me and my aplication are aware of yet still be able to use aplications as usual. Here's an example: Let's say I want 2 yellow squares 5 by 5 pixels in size appearing in the center of the screen on top of all the other applications, unclickable and invisible to a printscreen.

The proxy works for the most part, but seems to have trouble dealing with binary data and HTTPS connections. How can I fix these problems?

• Flattening out a lib directory using jarjar

  I'm trying to flatten out the lib directory of a project using jarjar, where it will produce a jar file with my main code and all my required libraries inside of it. I can get the project code into the jar, but I need to find a way to get every jar in the './lib/' directory extracted to the base directory of the final output jar. I don't want it flattened in the sense that I still want the package hiearchy preserved. I could manually list every jar file using zipfileset, but I was hoping to do it dynamically. I would also like to include any *.so files flattened into the base directory of the output jar so I can extract them into a temp dir easily without having to search through the jar. For example my lib directory... ./lib/library1.jar ./lib/library2.jar ./lib/foo/library3.jar ./lib/foo/bar.so would look like this when cracked open in the output jar file... /..library1_package_hierarchy../lib1.class /..library1_package_heirarchy../lib2.class ... (and so on) /..library2_package_hierarchy../lib1.class /..library2_package_heirarchy../lib2.class ... • Constantly getting ...DeviceMonitor] Failed to start monitoring

  I find that after running or debugging my application a few times using eclipse, that I get the above output in my console (in red) and I get no feedback from Dalvik as to the connection status to my phone is going. My application will still debug etc. I just get nothing useful in my Console. Any ideas how to fix this? It appears intermittent. It starts doing it after a few minutes, continues to do it for quite a while and occasionally goes away again. This has happened on my last laptop and now on my new laptop with a completely fresh install etc.

  Hi, I have a Dynamic Web Project that implements Spring and Hibernate using a Tomcat Server (v6). I'm lauching Tomcat with my Eclipse Galileo and I'm not getting any errors in the console but Tomcat is rendering my webpages randomly. The page just keep loading but without displaying anything, there's nothing on the console either. When I go in debug mode, it goes throught the right steps, everything seems alright. When I display the source code on the web browser (Firefox latest build) it shows me the right code that is needed to display the page I called. What am I not getting here? Plus when I stop Tomcat, it renders a part of the page. I'm wondering if JQuery could be the problem? The thing is that it's a collaborative project and that the others managed to run the web application in the most alright way. Please, share your experience with me.

  I have an application that is supposed to read from the Registry and when executing a console application my registry access works perfectly. However when I move it over to a test this returns null: var masterKey = Registry.LocalMachine.OpenSubKey("path_to_my_key"); So my question is: Does Visual Studio run Tests with a less privileged process? I tested to see what user this gave me: var x = WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent().Name; and it gives me the same as in the console application. So I am a bit confused here.

  Suppose I have a class that requires copy constructor to be called to make a correct copy of: struct CWeird { CWeird() { number = 47; target = &number; } CWeird(const CWeird &other) : number(other.number), target(&number) { } void output() { printf("%d %d\n", *target, number); } int *target, number; }; Now the trouble is that CArray doesn't call copy constructors on its elements when reallocating memory (only memcpy from the old memory to the new), e.g. this code CArray<CWeird> a; a.SetSize(1); a[0].output(); a.SetSize(2); a[0].output(); results in 47 47 -572662307 47 I don't get this. Why is it that std::vector can copy the same objects properly and CArray can't? What's the lesson here? Should I use only classes that don't require explicit copy constructors? Or is it a bad idea to use CArray for anything serious?

Problem is, When i create service/Client application Using Conslole Application both are working fine. After the program is done i would like to get my answers in form of a graph or picture that would give some certain information if i click on a certain area. i have only written console apllications in c++ before and don't really have a clue where to start with the graphic part of it all.   I'm writing a function that basically waits for the user to hit "enter" and then does something. What I've found that works when testing is the below: #include <stdio.h> int main() { int x = getc(stdin); if (x == '\n') { printf("carriage return"); printf("\n"); } else { printf("missed it"); printf("\n"); } } The question I have, and what I tried at first was to do: "if (x == '\r')" but in testing, the program didn't catch me hitting enter. The '\n' seems to correspond to me hitting enter from the console. Can someone explain the difference? Also, to verify, writing it as "if... == "\n"" would mean the character string literal? Ie the user would literally have to enter "\n" from the console, correct? Thanks!

I have a template "ResortPage.ss" which has an include "ResortInfo.ss". It is from within this include file that I need to output the DataObject. I have tried the below but it doesn't output anything <% control InfoArea %> $Title $Content <% end_control %> What am I doing wrong here? Thanks
