  • Finding whether two geo-coordinates lie on the same road

    Hi there, Given two geo-coordinates in (latitude,longitude) format, is it possible to find out if they lie on the same road? I want to do this programatically not visually. I can perhaps extract addresses and compare the street name, but since streets can change names over a long distance, this solution doesnt sem to work :( Cheers Amarsh

  • Cocoa - array not sorting?

    I have this set NSMutableSet *mySet = [NSMutableSet setWithObjects: @"2", @"8", @"7", @"0", @"3", nil]; I copy the set to an array and sort it using NSArray *sortedArray = [[mySet allObjects] sortedArrayUsingSelector:@selector(compare:)]; The resulting array is in exactly the same order as the set and is not being sorted.   • Using scroll on one memo edit to scroll on another as well

    I've got two memoedits which are similar (in order to compare two records) I would like to keep the scrolling in synch to ease comparison. I had originally thought there would be an OnScroll event, but didn't see one, nor anything similar, the closest I saw was Spin, this handles some possibilities, but not all. I also didn't see a way to navigate the rows. I did see the ScrollToCaret method, but this doesn't do what I want. Any ideas?

Is there any simpler way to do it? If no, how can you prove it? I can simplify it to some extent, proof tree.

One approach could be to read the URls from the browser and try to compare them to a reference URL to the sharepoint solution. I have not yet been able to locate any solution that works in both IE and Firefox. The idea is to write a small C# app that will harvest the URLs and do the comparing. TIA

    I managed to get this code to compile with out error. But somehow it did not return the strings that I wrote inside file1.txt and file.txt that I pass its path through str1 and str2. My objective is to use this open source library to measure the similarity between strings contains inside 2 text files.
