We have two servers and a firewall computer. On the Server#1 there is an Apache 2.2 web server and it forwards the incoming traffic to the appropriate ports, to our subdomains by its virtual host configuration (Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Server#2 and so on). We recently bought an SSL certificate to protect one of our subdomain. I successfully installed and configured the certificate into the Apache and it works flawlessly within our local network. Our Kerio Winroute Firewall is configured to permit https traffic and it is translated to Server#1. But all of our subdomains are unavailable from outside (http & https too). Web browser shows "Failed to connect" message. • How do I get spring to inject my EntityManager?

  I'm following the guide here, but when the DAO executes, the EntityManager is null. I've tried a number of fixes I found in the comments on the guide, on various forums, and here (including this), to no avail. No matter what I seem to do the EntityManager remains null. The tutorial asked to install virtualbox and vagrant(tutorial had precise64 and it had issues in my pc so I installed precise32) so I did it.   I have an ExpressionEngine site at http://example.com and a WordPress blog at http://example.com/blog ...the problem is, any WP pages that don't map directly to an index.php end up being handled by ExpressionEngine, which results in a 404. For example, http://example.com/blog and http://example.com/blog/wp-admin both work fine as they both directly use an index.php in those folders, but http://example.com/blog/category/tag/something gets handled by ExpressionEngine. So how can I modify the ExpressionEngine .htaccess file to tell it to ignore anything in the /blog directory? • Is HAProxy able to pass SSL requests to Apache + mod_ssl?

  Most of the documentation I've read regarding HAProxy and SSL seems to suggest that SSL must be handled before it reaches HAProxy. Most solutions focus on using stunnel, and a few suggest Apache + mod_ssl infront of HAProxy. Our problem though, is that we use Apache as a reverse proxy to a number of other sites which use their own certificates. Ideally what we'd like, is for HAProxy to pass all SSL traffic to Apache, and let Apache handle either the SSL or reverse proxying. Our current setup: Apache Reverse Proxy -> Apache + mod_ssl -> Application What I'd like to do: HAProxy -> Apache Reverse Proxy -> Apache + mod_ssl -> Application Is it possible to do this? Is HAProxy capable of forwarding SSL traffic to be handled by a server BEHIND it?

  Hi. I am trying to set up nginx as reverse proxy for a tomcat server using SSL connection. I want the client's browser to load my tomcat application when nginx reverse proxy's IP is called from client's browser. My tomcat application's address is 192.168.25.25 and nginx proxy's address is 192.168.25.50 In my nginx.conf file i have added these lines # location / { proxy_pass https://192.168.25.25:443/myapp/; proxy_redirect https://192.168.25.25/myapp/ https://192.168.25.25/; } # Some of the images in my application is stored at 192.168.25.25/images/ . Now these directories cant be accessed as the proxy_pass is set to 192.168.25.25:443/myapp. Is there way to access images directory also without changing proxy_pass ? Thanks in advance.

Any thoughts? I have re installed glassfish and NetBeans but it all seems the same. I think this started happening after I had to force-restart my computer with NetBeans stil open and the app deployed, but it's hard to know for sure if this was the real catalyst. Any thoughts or help is appreciated thanks. Is it an app error? if so why no errors in the log are shown?

• Howto: Configure Spring-WS to publish WSDL files with a '?WSDL' style URL?

  I am trying to configure web service proxying using Mule ESB. I am attempting to do this using Mule's WSProxyService, but after stepping through the corresponding code (with the debugger), it is clear that this class replaces endpoint addresses. The problem is Spring-WS WSDL addresses are of the style http://xxxx/xxxx.wsdl, but WSProxyService expects http://xxxx/xxxx?wsdl or http://xxxx/xxxx&wsdl. It replaces the remote endpoint addresses with the local WSDL address; it cuts the remote WSDL address at the question mark i.e. '?WSDL' is intended to be chopped off, so to create the search term. But because of Spring-WS, this does not work. To break it down: WSProxyService ends up trying to use http://xxxx/xxxx.wsdl to replace http://xxxx/xxxx with http://yyyy/yyyy which fails... leading to actual web service call going direct and not through the proxy.   I'm writing a JAXWS-RI client that must call a .NET Web Service that is using WS-Security. The service's WSDL does not contain any WS-Security info, but I have an example soap message from the service's authors and know that I must include wsse:Security headers, including X:509 tokens. I've been researching, and I've seen example of folks calling this type of web service from Axis and CXF (in conjunction with Rampart and/or WSS4J), but nothing about using plain JAXWS-RI itself. However, I'm (unfortunately) constrained to using JAXWS-RI by my gov't client. Does anyone have any examples/documentation of doing this from JAXWS-RI? I need to ultimately generate a SOAP header that looks something like the one below - this is a sample soap:header from a .NET client written by the service's authors. I connect to my website in my very same computer A, and request to download a file of size 1Mb, in otherwords, I am connecting to my own computer and want to download a file in my computer. In addition, my internet access is bound by a proxy server in a way of gateway. The questions are - does the file transfer really exist? Or is it a local file copying between 2 location?   Hello All, I have this code, I know I'm missing something but don't know what. It would be great if you help me out. I'm new to Spring MVC. I'm trying out a simple Login application in Spring MVC. • Copied Netbeans IDE Maven Web project failes to compile

  If I am going to make serious changes to my project I like to make a copy (right click project and select copy). I have created copies of my projects many times (maven web applications included) without issue. Now all I do is copy the project making no changes, leaving the copy settings on default (project name etc) and then try to run it and spring decides to take issue with it. Again I try running the original and it works. I deleted the faulty copy, restarted and tried again and still it does not work. • CSS: series of floated elements without wrapping but rather scrolling horizontally

  I'm working on a album viewer. At the top I want a horizontal container of all the image thumbnails. Right now all the thumbnails are wrapped in a div with float:left. I'm trying to figure out how to keep these thumbnails from wrapping to the next line when there are too many, but rather stay all in one horizontal row and use the scrollbar.
