  • Non class files with Java Web Start

    How do you distribute other files needed by your application that aren't in a jar file? For example, the application at http://www.javabeginner.com/java-swing/java-swing-shuffle-game . The download contains Shuffle.jar, Shuffle.bat, Score.dat, and an images folder with 3 images in it. I can see possibly putting the images directly in Shuffle.jar, but you wouldn't want to put Score.dat in the jar file because it changes. Is there somewhere you could identify this type of file in the jnlp?

The Notepad sample program on Google's website refers to <script src="closure-library/base.js" > </script > Can you simply download closure-library/base.js somewhere and start playing with the UI examples? The Closure Lite quick-start version doesn't appear to include goog.ui

  • git-svn on Windows. Where to get binaries?

    Hi, I want to use git as a local repository against a remote SVN repository. I installed version 1.6.0.2 from http://code.google.com/p/msysgit/downloads/list. According to the documentation synchronization is done via the command git svn or a separate command wrapper called git-svn Neither of them is available in my installation and I could not find a separate download for Windows binaries. I'm currenty using the MSYS build. Must I switch to cygwin?

    i downloaded the "phantomjs-1.7.0-windows.zip " for windows from the following url: http://phantomjs.org/download.html. i even set up the path of the extracted folder in the environment variables.But i am getting the "parse error" when i try to enter any command like "phantomjs --version" in the phantomjs.exe command prompt. my windows is 64 bit . It's a simple text field used in document libraries, but i want the text entered to be displayed as a link to the document in the list view. <URL Cmd="Display"> gives me the display form, but I want the link to actually download/open the document...
