  • Why activity result code is diffrent then I expected

    I have 2 activities. In child activity i have put something like that in onPause(): if (isFinishing()) { final Intent intent = new Intent(); intent.putExtra(SOME_DATA, value); setResult(RESULT_OK, intent); Log.i("test", "Result set to RESULT_OK"); } In parent activity i check resultCode when child activity is destroyed, and this is what i have noticed: If i destroy child activity by some action (in some condition i invoke finish()), then resultCode is RESULT_OK But when i destroy by pressing return key (i works only in emulator so its ESC) who kills activity, then resultCode read in parent onActivityResult method equals 0 (RESULT_CANCELD). "test" log read in each case is the same.

I am researching some different ways that T4 is used, and I would appreciate to hear how YOU may have used it for real life scenarios. I am primarily interested in non-standard and creative uses.     Hello, I've been using Eclipse for some time already, and I didn't have any problems with it. However, when I tried to generate some javadoc, I found that I didn't have the SDK installed. I installed jdk 6u23, and from then on, Eclipse hasn't been working. At first it told me it couldn't find a JRE/SDK. After copying and placing the JRE in the Eclipse folder, the error changed to this: http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh261/magical_7/Eclipse.png I've searched around for some solutions, and found a few of varying nature. However, none of them seemed to work. I've tried emptying my eclipse.ini file without success. Altering some values in eclipse.ini didn't work either. Installing Java SDK 1.5 didn't work. Does anyone have other possible solutions? Update: I tried reinstalling Eclipse, but it didn't fix the problem. I did notice that it's a 32bit version, while I'm running a 64bit system. However, if this were to be the problem, I find it strange that it hasn't been an issue earlier.

  • unittest in python: ignore an import from the code I want to test

    I have a python program that imports pythoncom (and uses pythoncom.CoCreateInstance from it). I want to create a unittest for the program logic without it importing pythoncom (so I can run the test on Linux as well). What options are there? Can I do it without modifying the system under test? What I found so far: sys.modules["pythoncom"] = "test" import module_that_imports_pythoncom My problem with it is if I have: from pythoncom.something import something I'll get: ImportError: No module named something.something And sys.modules["something.something"] or sys.modules["pythoncom.something.something"] doesn't work. Any ideas?

I don't know how to check the second constructor's f for being 0. Is this even possible with Contracts?

Can someone explain to me whats going on, I think it might be a syntax issue.

    I like using clang with vim. The one problem that I always have is that whenever I include boost, clang goes through boost library every time I put "." after a an object name. It takes 5-10 seconds. Since I don't make changes to boost headers, is there a way to cache the search through boost? If not, is there a way to remove boost from the auto-completion search? update (1) in response to answer by adaszko after :let g:clang_use_library = 1 I type a name of a variable. I press ^N.
