  I am having very big problems trying to get this going for my old laptop. I tried burning the iso image with 5 different iso burning programs and none of the disks worked none started up. Then I tried to do the USB way used the program that puts it on the usb for you it starts up on my laptop fine but will not start up on my compaq presario 2178cl. If any1 can help me with this problem I would be much appreciative ty for your time.

  I cannot seem to install the windows platform sdk when i have visual studio 2010 installed,i followed the error code the sdk was getting and it said i need to unistall the 2010 redistribute runtimes,i did that and it has still not fixed the problem,this is very anoying as i have tried different things and been at it for atleast 5 hours now,did anyone else get this problem and know a work around? This is the order i tried install vs 2010, remove redis runtimes, install platform sdk (failed), install redis x86/x64, install service pack 1 for vs Thanks

  I'm using xmodmap to swap control and command keys on my macbook pro. However, periodically the key revert back to their original state and this is becoming quite annoying. I'm on Ubuntu 13.10 and I can remember when this situation started occurring was when the system got a keyboard settings (in the system settings) update.   it's so weired that i have to plug/unplug in my usb devices every time booting ubuntu. it happens for both installing ubuntu and booting ubuntu (10.10 and 11.10) the scenario is like: 1.bios checking - 2.grub start - 3.keyboard & mouse led OFF (black screen with a cursor on top-left) - 4.i plug/unplug in any usb devices - 5.everything is back to normal and ubuntu started it's really frustrating :( please advise the solution.

The force on the object is calculated by getting the distance between the vector of the slingshots two forks and the vector between where the user pulled it. However this will always result in a positive number and will not take into account the angle of the object relative to that of the slingshot. How can I make it fly out of the slingshot correctly?
